I purchased tires from the Lancaster Ohio branch in April of 2022 for my RV. I had 6 tires installed. When I left my RV for the install I left new rear simulators to be installed. I was told it would be no problem. I picked up my RV and returned it to storage. My first trip was to West Virginia in May. On my drive there the rear simulators (wheel covers) both came off at different times while I was driving. I recovered one of them in an intersection of a small town. The second I lost going through the mountains on narrow roads and I was not able to find it. I contacted them the next day on May 13, 2022 to let them know. They told me to come in when I returned. I brought the one simulator I was able to recover. They looked at it and one employee was able to see where it had marks on it where it had come loose on the lugs. The manager told me he could not see anything indicating they had come loose. He kept the remaining simulator. When asked what resolution I wanted I told him I wanted them replaced. He told me he would get back to me. I have called and stopped in several times and I was told the same thing. Each time he had to write my name and number down again. I never received any call backs from him. It has been 5 months and they have done nothing to resolve the situation. They created an incredibly dangerous situation for me. I believe my requested resolution is more than fair.
