      I purchased 10 ********* **** oil pumps Part# LM2305a-41-B on 9/30/2024. The total purchase price was ********. after shipping and taxes. I have tried to contact the company on the phone number listed on the website but it no one will pickup the phone. The voice message says sorry no one can take your call right now. I have called 3 times a day since 10/8/24. I want my items. I do not want a refund. I want them shipped within 24 hours next day air at their expense. I have attached a copy of my receipt. My company is taking this very seriously since these items are committed to an important project. Please send our product.

      I have spoken with **** at Vision Ecom. and he is currently working to correct the issues with this order. We are now is constant communication and currently working to have the items shipped. I would like to close this complaint.

      I bought a tool from this company and waited for a confirmation and a shipping date but never got anything so I emailed them and they said it would be shipped within a week but that went by as well so I emailed again asking for a tracking number and the next morning they canceled my order but took my money and now I have to do a dispute through my bank to get my money back. When I looked up this business I found out that it’s someone’s home not a tool warehouse just a regular residential home. It seems that a lot of people have had this same problem with this so called business but he just continues to do it to another person I guess to make money off the interest from your money in his bank account. Caution don’t give them your money it’s a scam.

      Paid for items on 9/11/2024 and was told they would be delivered on (9/17). Contacted the business on the 19th and told they would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Never received anything (item/tracking #), nor further communication. I did more research on the business and I see this major fraud issue of being scammed by these entities is experienced by many people who made the mistake of purchasing from ********************** ***********************, and/or Vision Ecom LLC. This business needs to be disallowed from conducting a scam business.

      On 8/25/2024 i ordered 3 Specialty Wrenches using ************* Website. I paid over a hundred dollars for these wrenches and this was the first time i used this website. I read the policy on website and read most orders places have very short leadtimes. Three days later still no word of my order. I do more research and find this business has a VERY track record of poor communication and lack of customer service. I called the number on my confirmation email and no person picks up and there is another business using the same phone number. I emailed the email (*****@*************.com) and no response was given same day. I am filing to recieve a refund for my order because i do not want to wait a long time for no response and possibly be scammed of a website i never used before.

I called the customer service department and you CAN NEVER speak to a live person. It is impossible. They message always says that they are too busy.       I ordered 5 Snap Ring Pliers on 4/17/24 and paid $91.40 with our MasterCard which has cleared the bank account. On 4/23/24 I received 1 of 5 Pliers. I then started emailing them requesting the *** of the other 4. I have left several emails as well. But have NOT received an answer. I did receive an automated response on 6/4/24 that they have received my email to let them know of any issues. I directly responded with "THERE IS ISSUES"!!       Requesting assistance with obtaining a refund for items purchased and paid for but not shipped by Auto Tool World, 2892 Prairie Dr., Lewis Center, OH. 43035. An order was placed on 14 May 2023 for a total of 8 Passche airbrush needles; 5 of one size, 3 of another. All parts had the same unit price. The order number was ** ****** 3 items were shipped and delivered. The other 5 were placed on back order. 1st follow up 2 June 23. The company responded, promptly on 5 June stating items still on back order. 2nd follow up 14 and 21 Aug, calls not returned. On Sept 10th, 12th, and 18th emails sent, no response Another e mail on 9 Oct 23, Auto tool world advised via E mail that “the ETA would be 11/5” On Nov 10th, I fotified ATW by voice message and e mail items had not arrived and requested a refund. No response Called , left messages on 13, 15, and 17 Nov with no response. 21st and 24th Nov and 1 December emails sent and telephone calls requesting a refund; ATW has not responded to any request since 9 October Waited in good faith for back order items to arrive. The Paasche Airbrush Company, ***** ********* ###-###-####, stated the parts were still in production. At a loss to explain a 6 month delay in my order shipment. I have attached a copy of the sales invoice. I ordered 8 items, 3 were delivered. I paid a total of $40.91 for the 8 items, shipping and tax. If you prorate the tax and shipping charges across the 8 items the cost per item is $5.12. Auto tool world shipped 3, so they earned $15.35. Therefore I am requesting a refund of $25.57. Copies of all the email request cited above are available for inspection. Auto Tools’ unwillingness to respond to my update request led me to seek your assistance. I do hope you can attain action were I could not. Thank you **** ******

      Regards, Premature to call this resolved. The proposed resolution is fine, but business said they need to send a check. Been six days and awaiting arrival. Due to the previous “miscommunication” I’ll keep this open until the refund shows up.       Again, proposed resolution could be acceptable, HOWEVER, check has not been received yet.  Its Sat, 16 Dec, and today's mail has been delivered; no check.     Complaint shouldn't be closed  until the refund has arrived and is verified.    Believe this is reasonable, as the business first stated they'd send a refund on 4 Dec; now state check wasn't prepared until 11 Dec and won't arrive until 19 Dec.  I'd have waited until 19 Dec to update the status but need to provide a response within the 7 day window.     I am hopeful....
