**** answered my call on the second ring - no leaving messages, no call back promises. He was very helpful on the phone and offered to drop by the next morning to review my situation. He came by as promised between two previously set meetings. **** looked things over on the roof and garage attic and offered two solutions, one of which he felt was the most reasonable. Friendly and open with good comments.

Made the mistake of letting these storm chasers replace my roof. They were pretty careless and left my composite deck full of tar and scratches and knicks. Also left stains on my driveway. Right after they left is when I noticed, and I immediately got my power washer out and spent the next 3 hours trying to clean it up, hoping it would come up and it wouldnt be a big deal. It only got some of it up. I then contacted them about the damage and was immediately met with I shouldn't have done anything and questions about if they really caused the damage. They came and tried to use a cleaner on the deck, which somewhat worked to get the tar off, but more so smeared it and left a faint reminance behind. But it still doesn't account for all the scratches they left behind. Or even account for the stains on the driveway. They said they would replace the damaged boards. But the way my deck is built with the hidden fastener system, you have to take up almost all the boards i also have a drainge system under the deck boards so i have dry storage under the deck. At this point, I didn't trust them to perform this task without messing it up. I asked for compensation for the damage and was offered $500. I thought that was a joke and kind of insulting. After a couple of emails back and forth asking for a fair amount (knowing the only way to get rid of the stains on the driveway would be to replace it, which would be super expensive. trying to be nice and not make them do that ), the owner has now stopped returning my emails (it's been a month since he last emailed me while i have sent several during this time) I now have to keep fighting to get compensated for the damage they caused. Mind you, they came knocking on my door after a storm. Wish company would own up and make things right. It's completely unprofessional to just ignore me. I originally wasn't going to post a review, but now I feel like I owe it to everyone to share my store. Pictures show the damage they caused.

On 6/14/24 I spoke with Phil regarding repairing my ceiling from a leak in the roof that would involve cutting out a section of drywall, checking for water damage, & possible mold, replacing the drywall, and skimming/painting the entire ceiling. He suggested a repair that would not be as invasive which sounded ideal and then said he would get someone out to look at the job since he had an injury to preclude him from doing so. Beginning 6/15 through the end of the day on 6/17 Matt began texting me to come out to look at the job. The first day he said he might have time that day but when I responded he said his "day filled up fast" & suggested the following day or Monday. I asked him to contact me if he got freed up (he indicated his "partner" lived near me so it seemed as though he was trying to fit me in when he was in the neighborhood as opposed to just making an appointment). When I did not hear from him by Monday afternoon I sent a text asking if anyone was planning on coming out. He replied that he thought he had texted me & would be "in the area around 4 PM". At 4:09 PM he texted that he was about 30 minutes out from me. I was not going to be available at that time & he suggested the following morning or that evening since he'd be in the area. A few days later I called Phil & asked if he was still interested in the job. At first, he didn't know which job but then said yes. On 6/28 I sent Phil a text & he responded that it was too small a job since their crews only accept $3K minimum jobs. And he couldn't tell me this the 1st--or 2nd time we spoke & before playing text tag with Matt for 3 full days? Not to mention no one ever came out to actually verify the scope of the work. Wasted my time for 2 weeks!

Crawford Restoration replaced our roof , Sales Rep. Matt Y**** came to our home and helped us from start to finish. He took the time to answer any questions we had, and sent updates on when the project would start and when materials were to be delivered ,was on site during installation. We were very pleased with there service and would recommend.

I absolutely cannot say enough about our experience with Crawford Restoration! We had wind damage that blew off a considerable number of our roof shingles. I filed a claim with my homeowner’s insurance company and contacted Phill after seeing his reviews. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Phil handled communication with my insurance company and my mortgage company, which was a relief. On the day of installation my wife and I couldn’t believe how hard working his crew was and they finished stripping off the old singles, installing the beautiful new roof, and thoroughly cleaning up the mess all in one day! They even used a powerful magnet to find any errant roofing nails in the lawn. I give Phil and Crawford Restoration five stars and my highest recommendation!

****** **** We used Crawford Restoration for roof repair from a wind damage recently. Phil responded quickly. Submitted the pictures and document to the insurance company. Our insurance company wasn't being cooperative in the payout. But with Phil's knowledge and expertist in dealing with insurance companies, we finally got the roof repaired. We are happy with the new roof. They did awesome work. I would highly recommend them.

I had some damage to my vinyl siding + gutter from a windstorm. Crawford literally came out same day to get me an estimate and help me understand what options I had with insurance, etc., which was incredibly helpful since it was my first time with a home repair like this. Spencer came out when we scheduled a time for the repair and he was incredibly nice + professional. Was able to wrap the whole job up in a few hours and it looked brand new. I'm a very particular person so for me to be impressed - its saying a lot! I'd recommend Crawford Restoration to anyone looking to get a home repair done right the first time.

We used Crawford Restoration to replace an old gable vent. The vent was an odd shape and size, and was hard to find. It took a couple attempts to find a vent that would work, but Phil worked super diligently to get the job done at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again, thanks!

Phil replaced my roof. The insurance company was only going to pay for a small portion of the replacement even though it was the result of a storm because it was an older roof. Phil was able to work with them, providing documentation and identifying missing items from the adjustors list to get the company to make a better payout. He was a great communicator and super responsive. I am very happy with the roof and his team's work.
