My home was in need of front and back porch roofs. For all big home improvement jobs I gain a few quotes and talk with the contractors to get to know them a little. James and Jarrod both came over and climbed up and inspected both roofs. In speaking with them, you could tell they knew their stuff. On the spot they provided me a quote. Compared to the other quotes I received, they were the lowest. I was able to schedule with them for when their crew would be over, which was very helpful. The work done was excellent. James and Jarrod stopped over during and after the job was complete to inspect their crew's work to make sure it was up to their standards. I will be hiring DGK again in the future too, as roofing is not the only thing they do. Happy to be a reference!

Terrible business! They sent someone out to give a quote, which he was very kind he measured took pictures and informed me he would have to give this to his boss, and then they would get me a quote. I sent several messages for a quote, finally received it. After the quote I signed the contract and no one ever called me to update me on a plan when it would happen how to pay the 50%, until I sent several messages. The General manager then called days later and said they had no measurements or the color of the gutters. HMMMMM! what did the first guy turn in to get the quote. My guess is the guy that gave the quote left the company? They sent a sub contractor out to do the gutter (they had NEVER) done any work for DGK Home Solutions (so how do you know the quality of work? They said they were told they needed someone to do this gutter the next day, the subcontractor stated he didn't have any accurate information on the gutter. They put up the gutter and it was not the correct color. Wouldn't you think the Contractor would follow up with the sub contractor and know this? No the Contractor sent me a balance due which is fine I have no problem paying it, but I brought to the attention about the issues, never once said I was not paying the bill. They sent the rudest response back basically saying I need to pay and the work was done and they knew nothing about the color or anything cause the correct color was ordered. But they had never dealt with this Sub contractor in the past to know how their work quality was. They get one star cause I have to leave at least one.
