      I've been calling them since may of this year. At least 20 times. No one has returned my call or email. All I'm asking for is the model and serial number of the unit installed. So I could purchase another **********. Mine was damaged by roofers. I'm not asking for anything else but model and serial number of ********************

      Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately we are unable to service residential customers at his time as stated on our phone message. We do appreciate your inquiry. The model number of the clients antenna is no longer made. The replacement model that is very similar is a Winegard HD7694P platinum series. That is the model we would suggest to replace. Unfortunately we would not be able to assist with this service at this time.

      This company installed an outside roof antenna and have come out once to fix antenna reception once. Another storm two weeks ago and they have not returned telephone calls about the problem. I also filed an email about the problem and never heard back. I understand they no longer service residential, but at least they could return calls. I also want to know whom to call for service. *****

      Thank you for contacting Cleveland Antenna Service, Inc. As we responded to both of Mr. ******* emails sent to us on June 29th & 30th, we unfortunately suspended our residential services du to not having any qualified technicians. With that stated, we cannot service Mr. ********* system because we have no one to send to his home to take care of the problem. With the lack of people willing to work, we are still in a position where we need qualified personnel. This is definitely an unusual problem for us since we've never been in this position before.

       

      If we knew of anyone to refer you to, we would for sure hire them. Unfortunately, there are no qualified people that we know of. We have determined that our customers are better served that we doing not send anyone out than to send someone who does not have the knowledge or skills to do the job correctly. 

       

      We apologize for this inconvenience as it is out of our hands, at least for now.

      Cleveland Antenna installed an antenna & an amplifier on June 11, 2021 for $800. Less than a month later, the amplifier stopped working and Cleveland antenna came out to replace it on July 13th. Since then, reception has not been good for most of the channels we receive. I've reached out to Cleveland Antenna several times via their website and by phone, but without any call back from the company. At this time, I'm looking for a refund for the amplifier. Thank you.

      We apologize for the inconvenience. We currently would not have a record of your messages due to a halt in our residential service division. We do have a message explaining that we have suspended residential for the time being. This is due to a lack of qualified technicians. We will not send an unqualified technician to trouble shoot any type of service. The message system is not monitored. 

      In fairness, we can offer you to either wait up to 60 days until we have a qualified tech to come out or we can give you a refund for the amp. Whatever you would prefer. We have been in business for 58 years and have never been in this situation before with the pandemic.

       

      Let us know what you prefer and we'd be happy to oblige.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like a refund of the amount for the amp that is on the attachment.
