I went to flyway outdoors for an early season bow hunt. I have messaging correspondence with the owner that the 1k we paid included 3 nights lodging. When me and my hunting partner showed up, we were directed to a local hotel in which we had to pay. I have picture proof that lodging was supposed to be included. The owner guaranteed we would at least see a buck or he would bring us back this year, free of charge. Once again, I have picture proof of this. Well, I didn't even come close to seeing a buck. Very few deer at all actually. He never held to his word on bringing us back for free. I would request a refund on the 1k hunt and lodging fees. I have proof we were supposed to have a place to stay for free and a hunt this year would have cost at least one thousand.Initial Complaint

1/24/22 I went to the *********** **** Sportsman show and agreed to go on a Hunting trip with FLYWAYS OUTDOORS of ******, ** Owner *********************** phone is ************ Wife ******** email is ******************************************* On 1/24/22 I used my **** Card for a $1000 Deposit for the trip We booked a trip for myself and my two sons as follows:Flyway Outfitters When Sun Oct 16 Sat Oct 22, ***************************************************************************************** (map)Calendar ********************* cell ************ A couple weeks prior my son called *********************** to gather specifics about our travel and where to meet him, where we were staying etc. (***** is the owner operator of Flyways Outfitters). ***** said he was confused about the dates and thought we were to be there a couple weeks earlier than we had agreed to. My son called me and said ***** is confused and thinks we are to be there now. I immediately callled ***** and he said he got the dates confused and he would try and find a place for us to stay but when he sold the trip we were to stay at a house (included in the price of the trip) but he was looking for a alternative. I told him I wanted to cancel the booking since it wasn;t going to happen as expected and he said his wife ******* would issue the refund in a day or two. Since that ime he has promised over and over they are "trying" to get Square (Credit card processor) to issue the refund but had troubles. ******** promises to call me and to send a check, even he told us his wife had mailed a check, they are completely avoiding my phone calls, not returning messages and blocked me on Messenger from sending messages and not refunding me the deposit of $1,000 I request your help ************ *********************.Initial Complaint

I contacted Chris from fly way outdoors in ******* ****. #to reach him is *** *** **** . Told him I was looking for a youth turkey hunt. He said he offers 100 % shot opportunity guaranteed. The total cost is $350 . Gave him a deposit of $175 on 02/23/2022 at 1820 . The remaining balance was on 04/07/2022 at 1327. I'm asking for a full refund as he made zero attempts to try to harvest a turkey. Was told fully guided I had to set blind up and decoys. He made no attempt to move to other location he slept for hrs. There was others he had guided same weekend. I'm sure those folk had same results. I would like a review left on his page that he has blocked for people to leave review. Doesn't seem fair for him to scam people . The hunt was on 04/09/2022. Witch wasn't successful. Very dishonest person.Business response

There was a blizzard outside. They didn't come prepared for the weather. In the snow the turkeys are not very active at all. He hunted 1 day out of the 2. I said we would switch spots for hunting. He said at the end of the hunt he was unhappy that he was going home and we offered half his money back. The consumer said no. Nobody offers a %100 shot rate. We did everything we possibly could to make him happy. We had another youth hunter out with same conditions on Saturday. We ended up taking them to the same place we were going to take David and his son and they shot a turkey. He payed to go hunting and I took him hunting. It is not a scam.
