Where to start, put tires on the car that werent what we agreed to. When I asked about it the owner said hey drive it if you dont like it ill change them out for free. Then the price was 60+ higher than originally quoted. They fixed the price and I was pretty satisfied. In 2 weeks after I bought the tires i kept having to put air in all 4 tires. I noticed the valve stems hadnt been replaced took it back to have leaks fixed, guess where they were leaking??? Yep you guessed valve stem. Cool. Fixed it no leaks. ***** was great to work with. Well guess what. Wouldn’t you know when she was on the 12 mile drive home she lost 3 lug nut and the other 2 were close to coming off. Wheel was at a 30 degree angle. They wanted to send a guy to repair in the driveway and take it back to the shop. I requested a tow. ***** was great to work with. I was a bit grumpy obviously my wife driving a car with a wheel thats about to come off will do that. Long story short all 4 wheels are damaged from lack of care using an impact 1 wheel pretty much fell off I have possibly counterfeit tire since the ones on my car arent offered by said manufacturer and the owner was only going to put the right tire on the car. Not willing to talk about the damage to wheels told me his sending me to insurance get a lawyer and come get your car. Great customer service. Also turns out owner has had 4 cases of putting tires on cars that people haven’t ordered in the last 2 weeks……..

I had my parents drop off my mini cooper to get my brake pads changed here a couple weeks ago while I was at work. Now, I know mini coopers are a stinker to work with so I didn’t want to do it. My dad has dropped off his car here a few times and had an okay experience. With my vehicle, the whole situation turned into a bit of nightmare. First they called my dad (because I was busy at work and couldn’t take the phone call) and said the brakes and rotors needed replacing, gave a quote and it seemed reasonable so my dad sent it to me and I gave the go ahead. Then they call back and say that one of the caliper sensors is broken at the end of the day, which, to me makes it seem like THEY were the ones who broke it. My car also had to stay over at the shop for an additional night. My parents go the next day to pick my car up and the bill was an additional THREE HUNDRED dollars that was never quoted to me that I had to pay, including the price of the caliper sensor. I tried reaching out to the owner a few days after the service was done to get an explanation of why I was never notified of the price but I could only talk to one of the mechanics who seemed like a nice guy because he apologized a couple of times and said the owner was out. I asked if the owner could give me a call back and the mechanic said sure. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard a peep from them. So, just be aware you may walk out paying much more that what is quoted to you when you come here.

I was getting my tire repaired and had to have two replaced. While I was there another customer came in saying they ruined her car. He said, your car has 250k miles on it and is a piece of ****. I’m not a magician. She said you did work on the vehicle and said you replaced parts that you didn’t notify us first about. She asked to speak to a mechanic and he told her she wasn’t speaking to any of his employees and she can get the **** out of his business. She turned to me and begged me to get out before they up charge and destroy my vehicle too. She said she would report this and he said good tell everyone you know they’re not allowed at my business either. She was upset but was not cursing, the manager was cussing at her and told her to stay out of his ******* business. She said I paid over a 1000 dollars for you to diagnose a problem with the vehicle overheating and you replaced parts without even a call. 5 mins later, two other customers came in and said they had work done and the issue was worse. My tires were overpriced and did not get balanced. He got mad at me for asking if they had a military discount and said I already gave you a discount. He said I can go somewhere else if I don’t like it. I cannot believe a business can be this bad. After the lady left he came up to me in the lobby and said, sorry about that ******* *****. Then called her a **** to another employee that walked in. All in front of me and other customers. This place is a nightmare

I have been a customer of theirs for over 30 years and they have always taken great care of my family and their vehicles. I highly recommend!!
