It took almost a year to complete our sunroom the roof is not secured it could blow off in a wind storm and we are going to have to pay a new contractor to fix it! Some of the siding was blowing in the wind. A door has water leakage! The skylights and flashing was not put in as promised and he left a mess in the back yard. We don’t want him to come back just want some money back!Business response

4.9.2024 BBB notes taken from phone call with Business:
Business responded to complaint via phone call stating that February consumers sent text to business requesting additional work. Business asked why consumer did not call them first before filing a complaint. Business states contract was for repair patch on back side of house (dry rot) that Mr. ****** wanted it covered up and not pay for a repair. Business states they did not side entire house. Did siding come off side of house Mr. ******' did? Mess in yard- Mr. ****** took dirt from crawl space and put in yard.
Last time business spoke with consumers about new flashing ordered. Business has not heard back from consumer.
Business is requesting consumers explain dispute comment -metal roof not secure. What is going on with roof?
