NRC Fence & Deck installed the vinyl fence, located at **** ** ** **** ******* ** *****, on June 21, 2022. We have a ten-year no cost warranty on the labor and product, A section of the fence is down and damaged by winds. We want them to come inspect it and repair it. We personally went to visit NRC at 2555 N. Ridge Rd East and found that they are no longer there; their website has been removed and their phone number is not working. In the meantime, our house is exposed. We have no way of reaching them, therefore, we are seeking your help and advice on how to proceed with this problem. On 2/23/2020 we had a sales representative come and give us an estimate to remove and install a new pressured treated wood fence around our property. On September 17, 2020 we gave a deposit of $3750 to accept the project. The project was completed on September 18, 2020. We have informed them that the gates (front and back) were not closing properly and that the front gate was scrapping against the driveway. They came and informed us that the locks were installed incorrectly. They changed the locks and scrapped down the front gate so that it would open easier. On April 12, 2023, the entire gate fell off. We immediately called and informed them of the situation. They said they would get a supervisor to come inspect. Several weeks later, we personally went to their office and again informed them of the situation and that no one has come by. Again, they said they would send someone. Another phone call was placed and finally a supervisor came and said that the hinges were incorrect and they would install new posts and hinges. All was covered under the warranty. We called several weeks later to get a timeline as to when they would complete the replacement and reinstall the gate. On 8/4/2023 we left a message. We went in person in September and left a message. Again in October and left another message. Called and left several messages on 11/13, 12/6, and 12/26. We would like the matter corrected or reimbursed if we get another contractor to complete this error and reinstall new posts and the correct hinges.
