Derek just finished getting us keys made for are F-250, we didn’t have any keys for him to copy he cut us two keys and programmed two remotes for a very reasonable price. He’s very personable and he’s a dog lover are GS Bella just loved him to death in closing I will definitely recommend him to anybody that mentions they need to get a hold of a locksmith. In closing Derek literally got us back on the road thanks again. Enclosing Derek literally got us back on the road again thanks so much.

Lost power to my garage. Most likely related to the extreme cold that was affecting the area. The side access door to the garage was locked. Could not get a key to a key to work in the lock. Left Derek a message and he called back later in the day. He scheduled me first thing in the morning. He requested just I send him a picture of the lock for him to review. He showed up a couple of minutes after the scheduled time the next day. At the time of the appointment, the roads were covered in snow and it was in the negative temperatures outside. Derek was already prepared with the necessary equipment to open the door and repair the lock. Derek quickly took care of the problem. Derek quoted a very reasonable price to open the door and repair the lock. I would highly recommend Derek and Turnkey Locksmith.Turnkey Locksmith & Security LLC Response

I have a 35+ year old fire proof cabinet that no one was able to get open for me. I had the key, but it would not activate the locking mechanism. I was about to give up and cut it open and just bare the expense of replacing it to the tune of +/-$1500-2000, but decided to give it one more try. I called Turnkey and spoke to Derek, and he come out immediately and assessed the situation. The original manufacturer was no longer in business. Derek tracked down the company that had purchased the business from the original manufacturer, and was able to find information on the cabinet. This took him a few weeks, but he kept me informed of his progress. Once he got the information he needed, he came back and quickly was able to open the cabinet without damaging it. He charged a very reasonable amount that saved me plenty, because I didn't need to replace the cabinet! He also tracked down an antique lock and key for a 1930 era slot machine that I have. Again, his charge was very reasonable, given the amount of time he spend tracking down a very unique and scarce item. I highly recommend DerekTurnkey Locksmith & Security LLC Response

Found Derek and Turnkey through a Google search. Called Derek and left a message and he got back to me very quickly. We discussed what I needed to have done and set an appointment for Derek to come out and do the work. The day before and day of the appointment Derek kept me informed as to when he would be here and was very punctual. He rekeyed three doors, repaired a lock and made me numerous keys for those locks. Derek was very professional and got the job done quickly. His charges were very reasonable and he did an outstanding job, I am very pleased with his services. If you need a locksmith you won't go wrong in using Turnkey and Derek. Also I will be calling Derek in the future to have him look at my WiFi and talk about security cameras around our home. Turnkey Locksmithing helped me find the perfect home security solution to fit my family’s needs. He installed new locks on my doors and home security system quickly and efficiently. Any issues he encountered along the way (my home is older and has some odd wiring) he quickly adapted to and fixed! He does his work with the utmost care and attention to detail and left the job site cleaner than when he started! Turnkey installed a camera system, repaired a lock and re-keyed several locks for me. I have dealt with locksmiths and security companies in the past who did a decent job but did the bare minimum. Turnkey went above and beyond my expectations. Attention to small details is not something you see much anymore. Derek from Turnkey is an exception. He holds himself and his company to a higher standard than anyone I've seen in the security / locksmith business. I even had to tell him not to worry about something that was only cosmetic and because I would have never noticed if he hadn't pointed it out. But he ended up fixing it anyway because it bugged him! I would highly recommend Turnkey to anyone needing security or locksmith service. Amazing service! An intruder entered my home and as a result, I modified a few things. Derek is absolutely great to work with and very responsive. I got quotes from others and he was the best.
