Rainbow Restoration (******* Restoration) was recommended by my insurance company adjuster (Liberty Mutual) to help us with water damage from a large storm. They texted me quotes with no documents and I asked for work outside of what they expected in insurance payments. I paid them ****+ for that work, paid my deductible to my insurance company and ******* told me they would file the requested documents with Liberty Mutual. They never gave me a quote to send to the insurance company or sent any information to the insurance company. They have repeatedly sent me bills for $7984.54 with no quotes, no detail and do not return any calls or texts. I moved from that house in March of 2022 and sold it in June of 2022 and checked with them and my insurance company to make sure the paperwork was filed. It was never filed but ******* dba Rainbow Restoration told me they would send it.Business response
