It was a pleasure doing business with this company. They were available throughout the entire ordering process. Once ordered the product was delivered extremely quickly and they even followed up with us to ensure everything was received an ensure our satisfaction with the product. I have done business with Midwestern in the past and I continue to shop online with them for several reasons. First, their customer service is outstanding. They know their products and are willing to go into detail when describing items they sell. Second, they ship products quickly. Third, they stand behind the products they sell. Fourth, they are a family run business based in the US with people from the US as employees. Fifth, they answer the phone - not a machine or a bot. I will mention that I am an older person so the qualities I have described above are important to me as customer service skills. The people I speak to talk like people I am used to dealing with - not people reading off of a 'cheat' sheet without genuinely caring about what they are doing. I realize we live in a complex world and the marketplace has had changed forced upon it - Just saying I really like this company because it reminds me of the world I grew up in. Absoluty the best medical lift ever! I am 86 and this changed my life! Easy to assemble,very mobile and safe, I can now change garments , clean and bathe my wife who cannot walk. From bed to potty to wheelchair,alone! Highly recommend it to anyone! Also veterans receive special consideration! Nice to be appreciated! They answered my calls for instructions and spent time with me on the phone!Review from David P

Initial contact was very positive. Due to the positive reception I ordered a control box for my ******** lift since our lift was not working. Jacob from Midwestern was aware of my emergency situation and assured me this part was available and would be shipped immediately. He contacted me an hour later indicating the part was sold out at the factory and would not be available for at least 10 days. Due to this delay I verbally told Jacob to cancel the electronic control box and order the manual lift. He indicated he was on a delivery and would call me when he gets back to rectify everything . I did not hear from him but due to my emergency I ordered the lift on their website. Both orders have been charged to your credit card. For the next four days I have repeatedly tried to contact Midwestern. They’re not answering their phones, not responding to voicemails or emails. I feel I’ve been duped. At the moment there is nothing positive to report.Review from Aleasha R

Sold us a very expensive lift for paraplegic patient. Battery stopped working and they won’t return emails or phone calls to advise on replacement battery purchase option, etc. Totally unprofessional and so disappointing.Review from Mary Jane H

I needed customer service. But surprisingly enough there was no issue with the medical equipment as I had assumed. The associate was outstanding and helping me sort out the worries from the solutions and quickly got my issue resolved! I can't speak highly enough for my experience. My issue didn't need to be fixed I just had to put things together properly as technically I forgot a few details when originally assembling my equipment.Review from Nancy J

We've been using the 400HE mini sit-to-stand lift for my mother for about 18 months. It has allowed my mother to stay in her home with the help of 24/7 caregivers who could not transfer her without this lift. The lift is dependable and has worked flawlessly, and customer service has been great whenever we've had questions. I would highly recommend this product and company.

I am so thankful to Jacob and Midwestern. I have a best stand mini sit and stand . Without it I would be bedridden. It lifts me to bed, toilet, wheelchair. It’s small enough for my room. It can also put you in your car. Jacob goes the extra mile. He is honest and kind. We are in good hands with him. I am overweight and it holds me easily as it can contain 400 lbs! Stay with this company also for the best prices **** **
