Back in August of 2021, our fence was damaged by a Community Green landscaper as he was mowing the common area behind our home in the ******** ****** subdivision in ***********, **. Dave S, account manager, was contacted by our HOA. He contacted me stating that a fence contractor would be out to assess the damage and repair my fence. I have yet to be contacted with regards to my fence being repaired. The damage is unsightly, and offers a pathway for our small pets to escape from our yard. I even went so far as to offer to have a contractor come out and provide a quote for repairs. I have contacted Dave S twice since our initial contact to get an update, but he has not responded to my requests. I request that someone comes out to repair our fence as was promised.Business response

On behalf of Community Green landscape Group, I have spoke to customer **** ****** on Friday 3-11 2022 on fence damage that occurred in August of 2021. I have contacted several fence companies and the issue for the fence not being repaired is trying to find the material to fix it. The contractors are stating the material is not available. I have a contractor that has found something similar to make repair as long as homeowner approves of the material which i made him aware of on Friday.
Material will be picked up this week and fence contractor is scheduling appointment with homeowner.Customer response
