!Charged me 74 dollars and no where on their website is there a 75 dollar subscription. I disputed the charge and emailed them, but I had made an account with them with a random email. They told me there’s nothing that can be done and that I would keep getting charged because it’s a subscription. The only thing i ever approved was a 1.99 charge for the one time i used it and even after the chain of emails of me demanding them to cancel the subscription and them telling me they will not charge 74 dollars on my card again they keep charging me 1.99 every month. I mean check out their website there is nothing in there about any kind of subscription especially not one that’s 74 dollars!!!!!!Review from Coty H

Fraudulent charges charged my card. There is nowhere on the app to cancel membership. I guess there is an app charge and a website charge. If youre going to charge $74 on the website and then $9.99 on the app, that is double dipping. NO WAY IN THE FINE PRINT DOES IT SAY $74 a month for access to the website. And then on top of that, another charge to have the app? Absolutely not. People need to be aware there is nowhere to change your membership on the website either! This is what was advised to me - Unfortunately, based on our Refund Policy, we are unable to process a refund as per your request since you do not meet all the eligibility criteria outlined in the policy.You can find the details of our Refund Policy on the official website of our product.. You cant even get a copy of the refund policy on the website either!
