First transaction was 7/10/23 in the amount of $39.99 Second transaction was 7/12/23 in the amount of $29.99 Third transaction was 8/8/23 in the amount of $39.99 A fourth transaction in the amount of $29.99 was attempted on 8/13/23 but was declined by our bank. We have never requested any products or subscriptions from this business to which they claim I signed up for some service after paying a $7.95 fee back in early June. If I did agree to pay $7.95 I definitely did not agree to have nearly $70 taken from our account every month. We believe this is a scam and have neither received nor agreed to receive any products from this company and would appreciate anything you can do to return the monies they have taken.Business response

Customer needed to cancel within 48 hours upon paying for the shipping and handling, $7.95- 5/21/23. An evoucher to her email: ********************. Please have the customer call the customer service line and we will talk to them about refunding the original form of payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I neither signed up nor agreed to any type of subscription let alone two. If I had it would seem to me that I would have received something tangible or been advised of something I needed to look at or download. I did not. I only realized that they were taking monies from our account when I got a notification that our bank had declined the 4th attempt at payment. Furthermore, our bank declined this attempt with available funds in the account. When I inquired about this the bank representative informed that this company had been flagged due to fraud. I continue to request a refund in full for the 3 separate payments taken from our account in the amounts of $29.99, $39.99, and another $39.99 for a total of $109.97.
