              I've been very happy with the service provided by 1800CPAP. I've mainly ordered new hoses, masks and filters. Prices are fair and delivery is always quick. I have not had an issue with any order over the 5+ years I have been a customer. When I need to replace my machine I will most likely buy from 1800CPAP.

              Great company! Worked with a few people but mostly a man named ******* *. It was so easy to submit my mom's CPAP (**********) to them. Very upfront as to expectations for machine condition and I got the full amount on the quote. I dealt with some other resellers briefly trying to shop around for reputable resellers and 1800CPAP was by far the most professional, up front and responsive.Highly Recommend!

              I ordered a certified refurbished Resmed ASV machine, which cost me a couple thousand less than a brand new machine. I've had it for six months, and it's still working great. Shipping was fast, customer service was top notch.Very happy to report an excellent result from 1800cpap.com

              I purchased a Sleep8 C-Pap cleaning machine.This machine uses a bag/filter that needs to be replaced every three month. When the three months for replacement were due I went to 1800CPAP.com to order my replacement bag.I placed an order and soon received an email from them in which they informed me that Sleep8 bags were no longer available due to a recall. I contacted them and asked why they have sold me the machine, which cost hundreds of dollars, and know how was I supposed to use it? They responded that there was nothing they could do since they were forced to retire the bags from the inventory. I further asked for a total refund since I had only had this machine for three months, and they denied my request.I had done business with 1800CPAP in the past and was always very happy with their services, but this time they failed me because they didnt care to protect me when I had proven to be an excellent customer to them in the past.
