8-4-23 thru 11-21-23 Amount paid $66,467.59 for a complete kitchen/great room remodel, I bought all appliances, facet, disposal, lights and hardwood flooring. They did all demo and cleaning out and put up shiplap and painting. Did remove a corner pantry and one half wall. My wood floors which they put down has numerous gaps that are still separating. Called Christmas week to set up an appointment to come out and look to see what can be done. Was told they would call back the following week. Never heard from them. I've tried calling several times, sent texts and even sent message through ********. No response. This was a job that was supposed to take 3-6 weeks and it took 3-1/2 months. They hit a water line and flooded my basement. (They did replace my carpet in my finished basement). I've had lots of patience with them. But, at this time, enough is enough. This was a very expensive job in which I borrowed $$$$ from my 401K to get this done. Please help me get this taken care of.Customer response

Please see attachments above:
Hello-One is all the paperwork (contract). The other shows pics of the separated floors. I had a rep from ****** come out and look and was told they would all need to come up and relayed to be properly installed. Was told this looked like a DIY job and while it looked ok, the boards will continue to separate. I have a major separation right in the middle of the floors.
I paid almost $5000.00 for my floors from ****** and looking at the contract was charged $9850.00 just to lay the floors. ****** would have charged me a total of $7200.00 for both the floors and the installation. This is highway robbery! And it wasn’t even done right! Yes, I am mad! And I want something done. Please don’t ignore me!
