Hello, I had 2 very poor vehicle services at this dealership. On the first service, it was supposed to be a 1-hour job. Because the dealership didn't do their due diligence in preparing for installing a keyless entry device on my vehicle, it took them more than 3 hours to complete the installation. Following my poor service, corporate GMC sent me a survey, and I gave the dealership a poor review... The next service I had was a break issue. My truck was pulsating very badly when braking. Keep in mind, my truck is a 2020, under warranty which I purchased from them.... Following my service which again took over 3 hours, they replaced to rear brake rotors (1-hr job) and told me everything was fixed... When I left, they apparently had not test driven it, and the problem was not fixed. I called to let them know and to reschedule for another service date. Between my appointment and my scheduled service, corporate GMC sent me another survey. Again, I rated them poorly, as one might expect, however this time, the service manager called me the day before my service and informed me, that because of my surveys, they were refusing to service my vehicle, which is under warranty, I did buy it there, and that they would no longer work on my vehicle... I called them General Manager, and he also stated he would no longer service me, and that he spoke to the owner, and the owner agreed... This is unacceptable business practice. One would think they'd want to fix their issues, not just alleviate the poor ratings by me... Finally, I purchased an interior/exterior protective coating that has a lifetime warranty. I was told as long as I owned the vehicle, they'd make it right... Now they're not honoring that either, I want my $750 refunded. I've already had the exterior redone once by them, which shows it does need reapplied. Also, when I bought my truck, included in purchase was 4 oil changes/tire rotations. I want refunded for 3 oil & 2 rotations not used yet.
