      9-7-8 Driver comes to the car at the accident No explanation or paperwork given for the tow until after my vehicle is on their truck. Driver stops and explains $150 for the tow and my home is 2 miles away. I ask for my car to be towed to my. Residence. Driver does not do that, I told the driver I can pay if necessary without my insurance company. Threats to not allow my property to be removed from the car. I was allowed to remove my things from the car. Complaints about the calls being easy or difficult, driver was not professional by any means. Next day, 9-8 Charges are now doubled from yesterday to $300 Was not given a receipt or any paperwork whatsoever about the tow. I had to A. Pay $300 or B. sign over my car to the yard for the bill Was not given any other options, after paying the $300 they took my car to my residence without charge. Complete lack of explanation through this entire process, in my situation the accident was for a medical reason.

      OHIO STATE PATROL CALLED US TO COME TO THE  ACCIDENT CALL. STATE PATROL WOULD OF GAVE THE CUSTOMER THE PAPERWORK FOR HIS ACCIDENT ALONG WITH HIS TICKET IF HE WAS SITED.  ARRIVED ON SCENE AND CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE WAS LIMITED ON FUNDS AND THAT HE COULDT AFFORD THE TOW BILL. THE DRIVER STATED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT IF WE TOOK THE CAR TO HIS RESIDENCE THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE BILL BEFORE HE COULD RELEASE IT. CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE DIDNT HAVE VERY MUCH MONEY AND THAT HE HAD FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AND THE DRIVER ADVISED HIM THAT HE COULD LET US TAKE IT BACK TO THE IMPOUND YARD AND HIS INSURANCE WOULD PAY FOR THE BILL.  THE CUSTOMER AGREED THAT WAS OK. THE DRIVER DID NOT KNOW THE TOTAL OF THE TOW BILL YET BECAUSE ALL THE SERVICES HAD TO BE ENTERED INTO THE SOFTWARE. THE DRIVER DOES NOT ADD UP THE BILL HE REPORTS BACK TO THE OFFICE OF ALL THE SERVICES THAT HE HAD DONE AND THE OFFICE THEN FINALIZES THE TOW BILL ONCE THE DRIVER ENTERS THE VEHICLES INFORMATION AND THE OWENERS INFORMATION AND PICTURES.  ONCE BACK AT THE YARD INFORMATION AND PICTURES WAS ENTERED AND THE BILL WAS DRAWN UP. THE CUSTOMER STATED THAT HE WOULD RATHER HAVE HIS INSURANCE PAY FOR THE BILL RAHTER THEN HIM AS TO HAVING LIMITED FUNDS. THE CUSTOMER PROVIDED THE DRIVER WITH A PICTURE OF HIS LICENSE AND HIS INSURANCE CARD. WE HAVE PICTURES OF THE ACCIDENT SCENE AND ALL THE DEBRIS THAT WAS THROWN ALL OVER THE PLACE THAT CAME FROM THE ACCIDENT ALONG WITH THE DAMAGE OF THE CUSTOMERS CAR. WE ALSO UPLOADED THE CONTRACT RATES THAT WE HAVE WITH THE OHIO STATE PATROL.
      SERVICES THAT THE DRIVER HAD TO DO WAS WINCH THE CAR BACK ON TO THE ROAD AS THE CUSTOMER HAD WENT OFF THE ROAD AND HAD TO CLEAN UP ALL THE DEBRIS THAT THE CAR LEFT ALL OVER THE ROAD AND THE MESS.
      ***SECONDARY TOW FROM IMPOUND LOT TO OWNER'S RESIDENCE THE FOLOWING DAY.
      THE NEXT DAY WHEN THE CUSTOMER CALLS HE INFORMS US THAT HE DOES NOT HAVE FULL COVERAGE AS OF WHAT HE THOUGHT. HE ASKED HOW MUCH THE BILL WAS WE TOLD HIM WHAT THE TOTAL WAS HE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE BILL WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT WE COULD WORK WITH HIM WITH THE TOTAL. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE COULD DO $300 FOR THE BILL AND WE WOULD TOW IT BACK FOR HIM. THE CUSTOMER WANTED TO DO PAYMENTS AND WE ADVISED HIM THAT WE COULD NOT DO PAYMENTS AND THAT WE COULD NOT RELEASE THE VEHICLE UNTILL THE BILLL WAS PAID. AND HE STATED THAT HE HAD NO MONEY SO WE TOLD HIM THAT WE COULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR TILL WE RECEIVED PAYMENT AND IF HE DIDNT WANT TO PAY THE BILL THAT HE COULD SIGN THE TITLE OVER TO COVER HIS TOW BILL. AS TO HIM SAYING THAT HE WAS TOLD HE COULDNT GET HIS PERSONAL PROPERTY HE HAD CALLED ON A SUNDAY AND WANTED TO GET IT AND WE TOLD HIM THAT OUR OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY WHEN THE OFFICE OPEN.  WE DISCOUNTED THE BILL TO TRY TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER AND TOLD HIM THAT OUR CONTRACTED RATES WITH THE OHIO STATE PATROL. HE WAS UPSET ABOUT THE $300 AND THAT WAS AFTER WE TOOK MONEY OFF THE ACTUAL BILL AND OFFERED TO TOW IT BACK TO HIS HOME FOR FREE.
      WE HAD EXPLAINED ALL THIS TO HIM Multiple times on the phone and he did not like our responses. WE HAVE UPLOADED WHAT THE ACTUAL BILL SHOULD OF BEEN AND IF WE CHARED FOR THE SECONDARY TOW TO HIS HOME AND WE HAVE ALSO UPLOADED OUR CONTRACTED RATES WITH THE OHIO STATE PATROL. AS TO THE DRIVER BEING UNPROFESSIONAL WE SUSPENED THE DRIVER FOR 3DAYS NO PAY. 
      HE ALSO LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON OUR GOOGLE PAGE AND THEN LATER READVISED IT TO STATE THAT HIS ACCIDENT WAS DUE TO A MEDICAL REASON BUT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT HE DIDNT NO THAT AND NEITHER DID OUR DRIVER. SO HE HAS LEFT TWO BAD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE FOR US AND NOW HE HAS ISSUED THIS COMPLAINT TO YOU GUYS TO HURT OUR BUSINESS. HE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE BILL EVEN AFTER WE DISCOUNTED IT AND TOOK MONEY OFF OF IT AND TOWED HIS CAR BACK FOR FREE. I HAVE MORE PICTURES I CAN PROVIDE IT WOULD ONLY LET ME UPLOAD 5 OF WHAT I HAVE.
