We had a birthday party for my son at the park. The price on the website you reserve on doesn't say anything about weekend rates. We booked a party for 20 with pizza. it says the price in #329.95. I was charged for a Part with 10 kids with pizza. and $20 each for two other pizza. plus charged for 3 other jumpers. at $45. for a total of $384.31. They changed the package and price when we went to check out. They told me it wasn't their problem they don't have weekend prices online. It is because they don't have control of the website. I would need to call the office and find the number myself. They refused to give it to me. The number I found online does not pick up, or return calls. This is a clear sing of bait and switch. I want my money back from them. due to the issues they caused and lack of support.Business response

Dear BBB and Customer,
Altitude Mansfield LLC takes customer safety and satisfaction very seriously; thus, we were surprised at our first complaint of over 6 years in business.
We are a little confused by this complaint, as it claims we do not list weekend pricing on our website.
However, weekend pricing is very clearly shown on the booking website, along with any additional charges for extra pizza or jumpers.
The invoice attached with the complaint is exactly what the website total shows, so we do not understand the confusion being expressed in the complaint.
We do our best to provide a great experience and no unpleasant surprises for all our guests every day.
We have confirmed the website provides full detail and pricing information for all days of the week.
And weekend pricing is modestly higher than weekdays due to demand.
We respectfully request the customer kindly review our website to confirm my response is accurate and truthful.
We value every customer and want to do our best to ensure they choose to return for more family fun on a future date.
