yesterday I called them for warranty work on my pool. I was told the service fee would be $75, but it ended up being $144.79. The tech left the seal for the return in the bottom of the pool, adn the pool is still leaking. he said the installers did not install the pool properly. he said I was losing a drop every minute, and that he would take care of it, but didn't. I called the store and spoke to a lady, she transferred me to a man. I explained what had happened, and he replied: "Fix it yourself, lady". I replied my name is Mrs. ******* and he hung up. I would like them to refund me $69.79 as that is the difference between what I was told I would be charged and what I was charged.Customer response
