On September 23, 2024 I did an online order for $147 and never got a confirmation email that they got the order. However, I did get an email asking if I wanted to complete my order with them. So, I started over and did another order But with less things and it came to $112.88 I contacted my bank to give me the 147 back and they did momentarily but I now have to give that money back to ***** again on or after October 22, 2024. The claim for $112.88 is still being reviewed, but Im assuming it will be the same thing.
This was a brick and mortar company with a hometown owner selling Ohio State clothing. They are no longer going to be a brick and mortar but had a big half off sale online And Im assuming going to be doing online orders only. I did get a confirmation email for the $112.88 but never got a notification of when to come pick it up. They just have family helping on certain days with certain hours to come pick up your stuff.
I have ordered two other orders from them And a girl and her toddler are in the store which is all papered up and you stay in there and knock on the door and she opens the door slightly, asks your name and then gives you your items. I havent got a notice since September 23 That my order was available to pick up. This was all through ******** and they have turned off their comments and they dont answer instant message and their phone number no longer works. Im now at a loss of all this money because *************** doesnt have what they need, I guess, other than my word That I have no merchandise for all of this amount of money. I am not a scammer and I do not lie, and I have no merchandise or any way to get a hold of this guy.
I dont have a tracking number for the 147 because I never got an email saying thank you for your order but they still took the money out.
