Extremely disappointed. I purchased a pair of shoes (11/5) from Rudis mid-season (I'm a coach) after my old shoes fell apart. Rudis website stated that all orders would be filled within 1 business day and I paid $23 for "expedited shipping" which gave me an estimated delivery of (11/7 or 11/8). I emailed support on 11/8 as my order had not even been filled. The support team informed me they had a 3-business day fill requirement. They subsequently changed the shipping policy on their website to state a 5-business day shipping policy. My order was finally filled on 11/11 and I received notification from ***** that my estimated delivery would be 11/16 by the end of the day. I am having a hard time understanding how $23 "expedited shipping" still takes 5 days and how I went from an estimated expected delivery of 11/7 or 11/8 to 11/16. Customer support was zero help. They repeatedly told me that they valued me as a customer, but did nothing to remedy the problem. Instead they adjusted their shipping policy to cover the error. I am incredibly disappointed in Rudis, their customer support, and the overall purchasing process. Do better.Review from Megan M

We recently bought several pairs of shoes through a coach's promotion. Unfortunately one of the pairs was too small but completing an exchange did not seem to be an option. I reached out to customer service, offering to pay shipping costs if an exchange was at all possible. I received a prompt response and they offered a way to exchange the shoes at no additional cost to us. My boys love Rudis shoes and we can't say anything but good things about their customer service department.RUDIS Response

****** in Customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Earlier in the week I place an order with upcoming NYWAY state championship coming up . When o received my order I realized I ordered the wrong size . I called customer service and spoke to ****** and I was able to order another pair the correct size . The only shipping options I had on the site were 2 day priority mail . I had mentioned to her that I would pay to overnight them and she said that they couldn’t. Not knowing my order would make it in time before we left the house for the championship. She emailed me my label to return the other pair . I called ****** approximately 4pm on Thursday. Friday morning approximately 9:30am the other pair I ordered were delivered on my porch and we will now have his new shoes for the state youth championship. ****** at RUDIS went above and beyond her duties to make sure we had our wrestling shoes for the tournament. Thank you for going above and beyond for my mistake and making sure we received our order in time. Good employees are difficult to find these days in any business. We have purchased 3 pair of wrestling shoes in the last two years. The latest pair that we ordered for our son had a plastic part rip off at the top of the shoe. We sent pictures to Rudis and then called them. *** answered and viewed the email. In a matter of minuets she had us taken care of. This company rocks and has excellent customer service! Rudis is a rip off. They will take your money and NEVER call you back or respond. They sent us an incorrect order. We ordered 21 uniforms that when received the quality was not even decent. I followed all of the step to file a refund to return all items and event sent pictures..still no answer. Do not order from these people ( ****** ******* County wrestling ( stay away)RUDIS Response

I placed my custom order on 10/22/23. It is 1/4/24 and I still haven’t received my items. I’ve spoken with customer service twice, sent two emails and they keep telling me I should receive my order in “one more week”. I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to tell me where the items are and when they will be shipped. They could not give me any information and then the call conveniently dropped. At this point the season is almost over and my son has not had a uniform to wear. They say I can’t cancel the order either. So they have the 300 dollars I paid and are refusing to deliver the purchased items.RUDIS Response

I would not recommend getting custom gear from RUDIS. They say they could have the gear done 6 weeks from when the store closes but we are on week 7 and our items have not been moved to production and they can’t give us a time frame on when we can expect them. Some of our items from the custom store have been received but anything with sublimation has not been received of even put into production. They customer service is horrible and it took a week for them to respond and still could not provide a solution for missing deadlines.RUDIS Response

I am sorry, It took us a little while to reach out to you. We are experenceing higher than normal volume of calls and emails. Just to confirm. Your team order went into production the day after the store closed. Have you recieved your items yet? Ordered a pair of shoes early Monday morning. Paid for TWO day air shipping via UPS. Tracking number given was USPS and expected delivery date is Saturday. Called customer service THE NEXT MORNING, and the only solution I was offered was a refund on shipping. I suggested sending me a second pair of shoes and a return label so I can immediately send the late pair back. Was told even if they sent them out today with the two day air it wouldn't arrive any sooner than Saturday. Two days from Tuesday is Thursday. Two days from Wednesday is Friday. So why can't my shoes get here before Saturday. Was only offered a refund on shipping and was offered NO OTHER SOLUTIONS FOR THEM SENDING IT OUT WRONG.RUDIS Response

Absolutely outstanding customer service experience! I was trying to place an order online for a knee pad but system would not accept my address…called customer service and they fixed the issue right away AND sent me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience! I haven’t had a customer service experience like this in years (and my background is in guest service)…they just got a new client for life! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son, I got a notice that they were out of his size and my order would be refunded. I called Rudis and had the best customer service experience. She (R*****) said they'd gotten a new system and it was letting people order items they didn't have in inventory. She apologized, was so so helpful, told me what shoes they did have in stock in his size, and provided the original discount I had received on the first order even though the sale was over. She then called the warehouse to see if they could rush ship them since the error was on their part. Highly recommend. It's nice to order from a company that actually puts the customer first.RUDIS Response
