I got an alignment today from this place first time ever coming here . *** took a long rest drive afterwards so he should know the car was still out of alignment. I have been going back and forth with this problem and shops keeps saying its the tires but still tell me the before numbers are in red so its either the machine isnt calibered properly or the person is incompetent. I have another appointment to take it for another alignment on Saturday will update with the receipt and I want a refund for this botched alignment. Its hard to drive this car this way and dangerous and when I tried to talk to the guy that did the alignment he wouldnt even talk to me which was strange. He knew it wasnt right. And when I got there I was told my appointment was for tomorrow I should have just left if I knew it was going to continue to be a headache.Business response

Customer called 8/13/24 originally to schedule an alignment, she also cancelled and didn't bring her vehicle in until 9/10/24. We had her scheduled on 9/11/24 at 3:00pm but managed to get her in. She asked if our technician knows what he is doing. He has a college degree in Automotive Technician with 7 years experience. He checked the front end of her car and found nothing loose so proceeded with the alignment. The tow was out of spec along with the right rear camber, the right rear camber is not adjustable. He adjusted the tow and made sure the steering wheel was straight and test drove the vehicle to make sure the vehicle was aligned correctly. If your read the specs on the alignment (before) you can clearly see the vehicle was out of spec. The (actual) show the alignment in spec now. She drove the vehicle and said she thinks something is not right, *** explained to her there could be something else wrong like a tire problem and we can take a look at it, apparently she isn't bringing it back. The vehicle was brought in for an alignment which we did exactly what she asked and was charged for. She didn't ask or tell us to check out any other concerns.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Im rejecting this because as discussed with the guy at the shop this still isnt right let me go to another shop and try to see what angles are still off and since you are not wanting to bend Ill call the attorney general with another check out receipt and get my money back that I paid for a botched alignment . It doesnt matter if he has a college degree or not this alignment is still WRONG.

We gave you the opportunity to bring the car back so we can look at it and you refused. The cars alignment is in spec, it shows it on the print out. We did exactly what you asked for. An alignment doesn't fix all driving problems. If there was an actual problem or concern you should of discussed your concern other then just asking for an alignment. If your going to call something botched or wrong, you should have the Automotive technical knowledge to know what your talking about. I take it that's incorrect since you struggle to read an alignment print out that shows (before) and (actual). Before is how the car was when brought in for the alignment. Actual means that is how the alignment is at this time when we finished.
