After my first encounter with nick or whatever. A really nice guy Ryan reached out to me and let me tell you if you go there just talk to him ask to talk to Ryan. Professional and respectful. I later had a chance to talk with a gentleman named Keith again very respectful and informative and great at his job. Goes to show us all one bad apple could ruin the whole basket. I am very big one treating others the way I want to be treated and that's how I conduct myself at a professional level and a personal level. Thanks again to Ryan

So I put in a application last evening it said j&j would be calling. Forward I'm at work and missed their call. Mail box is full they couldn't even a msg. That's no big deal I call when I'm on my lunch break a lady answered and I explained it to her and she was helpful and transferred me to sales. Than I believe his name was either nick or Jesse gets on the phone and clearly I'm not worth his time obviously after hearing my name how Mexican it is sent him off he goes go to say we'll who called you they should have left a msg telling you that. He said all that and wouldn't even let me answer his question. It's sad to see such ignorance these days. I told him "never mind man"and hung up. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE!!!... I first inquired about two used harleys 1/31/22. So after 2 weeks of calling/waiting for a startup video I was finally able to get one this saturday evening 2/5/22. Even though I was suspect about the purchase decided to go through with it anyway bc of the price. So monday morning 2/7/22 I requested a bill of sale from JESSIE which he didn't get back to me until later that evening near closing time. Tuesday morning 2/8/22 reached out to my lender got approved and accepted the loan only to be told by JESSIE the bike had been sold an hour ago. Terrible experience, not only that but the reason I couldn't get the start up video of either bike I inquired about was bc the batteries were dead(for 2WEEKS) That says a lot about the quality of their inventory and how the service them. Save yourselves the disappointment and go elsewhere and if you're paired with JESSIE RUN or request another salesman he's a hack!!
