On April 25th at around 8:30 pm I took my car through Caress car wash on Heatherdowns in ******. I paid $10 and I was trapped in the bay and unable to even open my door, while the machinery tore off my mirror, gouged the metal from my rims, smashed my hood and fender of my 2019 Dodge Challenger. I recorded video while I was trapped in the wash bay & in a panic. After I was finally able to exit the bay my car was covered in ******** then had to spend another $3 to rinse it in a self serve bay next to the full service bay that just destroyed my car. I then seen the significant amount of damage that was done & took pictures of my car and also the faulty machinery and the bay that it happened in. There was no one working and the only contact information was an email address posted in the door. I sent them a email and they never responded. I had to go to the nearest gas station to buy duct tape to secure my mirror so I could drive on the highway to work in *********************. After not getting a response from the owner or person responsible for the car wash, I filed a claim with my insurance company who also reached out to Caress and got no response. They werent able to find any other contact information besides the same email address that Caress has listed on their web site and door of the car wash *********************************** ************ owns 8 car washes in the ********** terrible they only have an email address that they dont respond to if their equipment malfunctions. Im a travel nurse and my car is very important to my livelihood. Im forced to drive with a busted off side mirror and in fact an unsafe vehicle because of the tire damage. I wanted to maintain my car by going through a car wash & now Im driving an unsafe vehicle and filing an insurance claim, which will cause my rate to go up & cost me an out of pocket deductible.Initial Complaint

I took my new car through the touchless car wash at Caress Care Wash at 2812 Douglas Rd. Even though it said touchless, the mechanism took off my front wheel cover and scratched the alloy wheel. I ended up having to buy another wheel cover. I tried contacting the car wash through email and phone, but have not received any response. I've included pictures of the damage. I ended up having to buy a new wheel cover - actually a set of 4 since I couldn't buy just 1. My $6 car wash turned into $100.Initial Complaint

I used the Caress Car Wash location on Western Ave on 12/20/2021 around 3ish in the afternoon. This location, along with the location on Airport Hwy have both failed to wash my car to my satisfaction! The Western Ave location didn't even have any soap... it left a haziness on almost all of my windows which made driving dangerous. The Airport Hwy location didn't wash the back of my car at all. I've contacted ************** in regards to these two issues via email - ******** said that he would give me a refund and asked if I wanted a check for $15.00 or 3 $8.00 gift cards. I told him that I wanted a check because I don't feel confident in using any of the other locations seeing how I've had trouble with 2 different locations. As of end of business today, ******** is refusing to answer any of my emails and I need assistance in dealing with this issue.Business response
