on or around Nov 18 my vehicle went for break repairs and other repairs. On Dec 14 I call mighty auto pro and informed them that my breaks had failed and had no break fluid and what are they going too about it . The receptionists said they would sent a tow truck and take it to the shop. I received a call back from them saying the break hoses had failed and it was going to cost $ 457.73 plus the tow of $ 90.00 total of $ 547.73 this on top of what was paid originally to fix the breaks. I spoke with owner about the tow and how this should of been fixed originally the owner said if you don't like it take it somewhere else which I could not. I was not happy with the owners attitude so it got fixed I thought. I again lost break fluid instead of taking it back to mighty auto pro I took it to Raid Air Complete Auto on Dec 09 2021. I was horrified what Rad Air tolled me ,that whoever worked on the breaks before ( mighty auto pro) had not cleaned out the drum or grease any thing missing break hardware gaps filled with silica break hoses leaking break and more in report. This costed an extra $488.47 TO GET I T FIXED RIGHT as it should have been. This is just not bad service or repair its down right dangerous and maybe criminal. First, this service goes back to 12/14/2020, over a year ago. At Mighty Auto Pro, however, we keep impeccable records. We were able to review the 67 point inspection, the invoice, and the photos we took as a part of the inspection.
In summation, we replaced the rear brakes, and one month later a front brake line failed, which was when the vehicle was towed back in. When we replaced your rear brakes, it was very clear in the inspection photos that there was severe rust on the undercarriage of your 06 Jeep, which was the cause of the brake line failure (the reason it was towed back into us).
We have no way to predict exactly when you'll have part failure due to rust, but the photos we provided when we replaced your rear brake pads made it very clear they were not in good condition. Safety is ALWAYS our number one priority.

I am rejecting this response because: they should have noticed the front brake lines were in bad shape when they bled the system. They did not addressed the missing parts and not cleaning and lubricating the brake drum. I have a list of the missing parts, also he did not address the towing charge which I was not informed after the fact ,that i would pay forit
