      This company is quick to sell but does not follow through with customer service after the sale. I have been waiting for months after numerous phone calls for someone to service and correct the problems with the awning replacement we had installed this past spring. When you call you get the run around and NO ONE follows up.

      We will be in touch with the customer today to get the issue resolved within the next 48 hrs, the initial Independent Contractor who sold and installed the awning is no longer with our company, therefore they never passed along any messages that the customer was trying to contact us.

      They didn't mention when they installed my Sunsetter Awning that they would not provide service. They just talked about how great the warranty was. Now that I am having issues with my awning, no one will return my calls. This has gone on for over a year. I reached out to ********* and they just referred me back to them. They said their shades are designed for owner maintenance. I'm sorry, but I'm not able to service my 17x13 ft motorized shade by myself. I ended up putting in a request on ****'s list, and someone called me back right away. They are coming in two days to service my equipment. I would highly recommend them instead. They are authorized dealers, Innovative Shade Solutions. Do not use ***** Shades 4 Less if you ever want service. Once they have it installed, they are gone!

      MS4L does provide service, the gentleman she was trying to get in touch with was having some major health issues and failed to inform the office that she had called and left messages.

      Stay away!!! What a joke,,, I paid over $10,000 for a awning that did not operate properly due to a bad remote. The warranty is 1 year parts and labor,, **** charged $390

      Nothing good to say. I requested a quote and Charles K***** came out and gave me a quote and ordered the awning for me. I paid half at the time of purchase and then no communication - Awning is delivered and several weeks later my phone rings and Charles is anxious to get the rest of the money said should have been paid upon receipt of awning - well maybe he should have contacted me before then. I offered to mail and he was in a panic and said no he could take credit card online or pick up a check which he did that same day. I was told it wouldb be $100.00 for awning install and the installtion complete by (JIim D****) who did a wonderful job - highly recommend - he is not part of MooreShades4Less. Charles told us cord would be hidden and of course that didn't happen. Nothing that Charles promises happens. I could have saved a ton of money by ordering from ********* direct and having someone install. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTHY OF YOUR BUSINSES - DO NOT USE THEM.

      Terrible service and foll9w up. Dont return calls, dont provide promised service. Spent a lot of money for an 18 foot motorized awning. Needs adjusting and majors cleaning, initially promised by co. Now wont return calls DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS!

      Zero customer service after installation of a Sunsetter under warranty. Unable to speak with a human and they do not return phone calls. Do not buy a SunSetter awning as they do not care if their dealer honors a warranty claim..

      I have spoken with ******************** and put him in touch with the correct person to address his concerns. He was waiting for a replacement part from the factory, and needed it installed.

      No stars! Impossibly to get in contact with *******. I have been waiting three months for the drop down shade to be reinstalled. Defective! I have been told for three months this item is on the warehouse floor waiting to be delivered. THREE MONTHS. My next move is my challenging the charge on my card. I will be reporting this company. Do not use this business! The BBB should take them off their list. ****** * ********

      I purchased an awning on June 13 for $4,700. The compnny said the awning came in and I needed to make payment. They determined they ordered the wrong color. I have tried to get someone at the company to return my calls. ********* said they will ask Moore Shades to return my call several times but no response. ********** ****** said they couldn't help me that I needed to speak to Moore Shades 4 Less. My representative ***** **** wouldn't return my calls. I am ready to cancel my order. The first payment has been made and I need to make another payment this Friday but still no awning or response. Before sending this review 8/17, I called and finally got intouch with Moore Shades 4 Less pleading the issue once again and they said the awning went to the inataller on August 7th. They will have them contact me.

      Authorized dealer is also the contracted installer (******** ******** ***). the awning was not installed properly to begin with. he has had people back twice to re-attach it. the last time they did this about two weeks ago, they created a bulge on my interior wall.if your authorized dealers are going to be installers that makes them affiliated with you, associated with you, connected with you. these guys are incompetent. and this company doesn't care. they are "independent contractors". even if you call the company for technical support, they don't call you back.all of this makes me not enjoy the product
