  I had Treemasters cut down a tree on June 16th 2022. They did a great job. I was told 4 to 6 weeks from that date the tree stump was to be ground down. They came out within that time frame. When the stump was ground we had to move the wood chips. when we did there was a large piece of stump left. They could not see it. July 29th I called told them about it.I called several times I keep getting dates they never come out. I called them one last time on August 26th told them that I was going to fill out a complaint with BBB. I got a call back they said they would be out next week. This is the Friday a week later no show again.

  The business owner informed BBB that they certainly are willing to come out to finish the stump grinding.  Sections can sometimes be missed when stumps are ground.  The business will contact the consumer to set up an appointment so the work can be completed by the end of the month.

   I am rejecting this response because:
  
  I waited 2 months and made at least 6 calls to get the stump finished. Two weeks after I called you I paid another company eighty dollars to grind it. I feel they should pay me the eighty dollars back. I was on vacation is why this reply is late. Thank You
