Soul-utions was hired by 2-10 Home Warranty to repair a plumbing issue during the coverage period of our warranty. **** came in May and did not fix the issue. He said he had to get authorization from 2-10, but did not contact 2-10 until we started calling him a month later. **** came back in June and again did not repair the trip lever issue with the master bathroom drain. He again said he needed authorization from 2-10, and again, did not contact 2-10. We’ve called ****, we’ve called *****. We’ve left messages. No one ever called back and no one made any effort to properly fix the drain trip lever. We are in August tomorrow and still no return calls, still no repair completion.Business response

At this time we have gone out to the H/O home multiple times to repair the plumbing. We have repaired the tub about 3 times due to the H/O not being happy. The last time that we were out there I repaired the tub and made sure that it wasn’t losing water for over 10 minutes. We made the H/O aware that since the tub held water for over 10 minutes the there wasn’t anything else that we could do for them. At this time the warranty company will not replace the waste and overflow due to it being in working condition. If the H/O would like us to replace the waste and overflow it would be an out of pocket charge to them.Initial Complaint

I had work done to my bathroom 7 months ago. 1st off they charged me $400 to cut a hole in my wall, when they made it seem like that charge was to access and then to repair the wall. However they left a large whole in my wall. But now after 7 months the faucet they replaced is leaking worse then it did before they " fixed it". When I asked them to fix thier work I was told that since I used my home warrenty for the repair, I would have to pay for them to come out and fix it. I asked if I had not used my home warrenty would they charge me again to fix it and he said no. It should have lasted a few years. As I can see from the other complaints they charge over for things to get more money out of people with a home warranty to make more money on the and so sub- standard work since the warrenty company will only inforce thier work for 30 days. They are fraudulently taking home warrenty claims and scamming thier customers!Business response

Soul-utions Plumbing will be going out on 7-6-22 to see how we can assist the H/O with there plumbing issue.
