I had Dryer Wizard come to my residence in late February to clean out my dryer vent. I am a past customer and part of their "reminder club" which means I was supposed to get a 20 % discount. I pointed this out to the technician. The technician was very friendly and did a good job. I think he just forgot to apply the 20% discount to my bill. Dryer Wizard sent me a copy of the invoice. This is when I noticed the 20% was not taken off. (I was not home when the technician finished and my wife made the payment). I have since contact the owner now three (3) times with no response. I am hoping this is just an oversight and the invoice will be corrected with the 20% applied.Business response

We have contacted this customer to explain the discount. The email exchange is documented below. The issue has been resolved as we explained that he did receive his discount. It just wasn't explained clearly on the invoice.
Our email explanation to the customer:

My apologies for not responding sooner.
I have reviewed your invoices and see you purchased the *** membership on our first visit. This gives you 20% off the current price of the cleaning for your dryer vent and the service fee is waived.
I see on your first visit you paid $196 for the cleaning. Your invoice for your recent services shows the code *** - Exterior Vent Line Cleaning and the charge was $159 for the cleaning. The current book price for your cleaning would now be $199. So $159 is 20% off the price of that book price. So you did receive the 20% discount and you were not charged a service fee.
You also had the vent repaired on this recent visit, which was an additional charge and does not receive a discount per the *** membership, that is only off the cleaning.
I wish the system showed the discount on the invoice as a percentage off. The invoicing system is not one we created and we often have to explain the coding that isn't easily understood by customers.
