On October 23rd 2021 we paid ALS 856 for bed bug extermination, on 11/13-2021 we paid ALS Pest Control in cash $75 for a second spray, in December we was told they had covid and it would be 10 days before they would be able to come out. We called them 10 days later and they said that they would not be coming back to our house and they would be refunding half of our money, to date we have not received any of the $956 we had put out or answer any of our phone calls. We furthermore had $240 invested in washing every piece of material in the house, taking the total out of pocket to 1196$. All of the above was paid in cash they emailed us one receipt for the first spray but no receipt for the second, have made many attempts to call them with no answer even left a message with phone number and address still no reply, ended up hiring another exterminator who took care of the problem for less money, have a witness, who witnessed the bug Guy spraying for about a half an hour at most. After we had given up on any reply from ALS we hired another exterminator who took care of the problem. I will wait for a reply from the Better Business Bureau before a file a small claims action in our local Court, or should I go ahead and file a small claims at this time? Thank you for your help.
