      I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I think laced an order for 2 pairs of jeans and picked size based on recommendations online for each ****. They fit yes but with a muffin top over the waist NOT the fit I was expecting. On the 1st order I did pay for the redo to be able to return However I placed a second order for different size and style of jeans and planned to return them with first label if they didnt work. Well they told me NO I could ONLY return the order associated with label. Their return policy is terrible I should be able to use one label to return all of the jeans not just the original 2.

      Don't purchase from here! It's a rip-off! They actually charge you to return and then don't honor the request for a return. NO PHONE NUMBER to handle inside issues, like an incorrect address added by an outside source. Very frustrating. They are sticklers for the date they sent a shipment, EVEN if it was to the wrong place! Haven't made a purchase that's fit and I've been satisfied with yet.

      Love this boutique! Everything ordered from them(which is a lot!!) has been great and sizing has never been an issue. I lost 20 pounds and had to get all new clothes, and MOCO has helped me accomplish that. Sizing is different from retail stores but if you trust their sizing charts you will not be disappointed. Love they have models in all sizes to show the fit as well. I should get a job at ****...they get my check every week anyway!

      I would leave zero if possible. I normally don't post bad reviews but buyer beware. I bought a pair of jeans only to get them and realize they don't fit. I mailed them back only to get them "rejected" because they smell like perfume. What in the world? I didn't wear them as they fit awful. I kept seeing this video of some woman with a belly that jumps around to put them on and made it look like such a great pair of jeans. WELL the jeans come up to my neck! Awful! So now i have paid $24 in shipping (8 to get them 8 to send back 8 to have them SENT BACK TO ME even though I don't want!). Ridiculous. Buyer beware!!!!! I would suggest this company at least offer some sort of exchange policy or if you are going to be rejecting returns for something so silly be a little more compassionate. Won't shop from here again.

      Terrible company to return your items .you can spend $200 and if you use a gift card of $50 they will not give you credit back to you charge, even if you return one item .Shame on this company for trying to keep you purchasing even when all you want is a refund.Do not shop here ,especially sale items!!!

      They make it difficult to do returns - lots of exclusions and website verses app returns are handled differently. Lots of ads, etc., on FB. The stuff they sell is the same stuff local boutiques sell, so there is no reason to order to have this junk shipped.

      Have to send an email for authorization to return items. Said in email it cant be returned due to policy. Never in the lives or with the description did they say it couldnt be returned. Then received another email saying yes it can be returned via drop off but only within 48 hrs of this email. When I took it back in person to returned told the lady I want the money back on my card. Not a store credit because Im done dealing with this horrible service. The lady said no problem. Got home received an email saying I was credited. Wrote another email saying I want the money on my card not a store credit since Im deleting my acccount. Never got money back on my card. I deleted my account and they said I need to re activate my account for the money to go back on my card. I reactivated my account and asked when Ill receive the money back. They replied back saying they cant put it back on my card. If I have PayPal they can do that but will charge 10% fee. I replied again saying I dont have PayPal. I just want my money back this store owes me and even attached the last 3 refund credits with a screenshot attached to this email. Now I have to wait even more for them to answer. You can only contact hem by email and its always a different person sending the email. Also when I tried to return other items they wouldnt let me. It never said in the lives that these items cant be returned. *** lost so much money with them. Plus they charge you to ship items back within 2 weeks from receiving the order and even less after receiving the confirmation email to send back. Worst customer service ever. All their clothing fits differently and on different bodies. They dont do exchanges. You need to return and when try to buy the right size a lot of the time theyre sold out. They dont stay in stock. You can pre authorize for items but a lot of times they never get restocked.

      I ordered from the MOCO Boutique that is in *****, **. They are true to size with ordering a size down. I purchased a size 18 and love the jeans. My jeans arrived in 4 days with no issues. The jeans are high quality and fit great. I am going to place another order today. Be sure you are ordering from the legit MOCO Boutique. There are lots of scams out there. This is the website I used: **************************** recommend them and LOVE how great the jeans fit. With being overweight, jeans never fit right but these hug all the right spots!

      HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not back their merchandise with 100% satisfaction guarantee & their customer service ethics are absolutely terrible!!! I bought the triple threat jeans. The color & material was very different in person than what they show on their website! I reached out the day after I received them to return, explained that these look nothing like the ones shown on their website, the color was a lot lighter, and not in a good way, and the material looked old & dated, I provided them pictures showing the difference what they show on their website and what mine looked like in person, but yet they still expected me to pay the return shipping! PLUS I would not get back the initial $8 I was charged in the beginning for the initial shipping either! They told me, "we would love to help BUT we simply cannot afford to pay shipping or we would never be able to stay in business." Even though they claim over & over that their return rate is very low & only at 1%?! What a crock! There are many good reputable companies out there that do back their merchandise/products, and provide customers with prepaid shipping labels if they are not happy with their product/merchandise & need to return, and they manage to stay in business.. because they have excellent customer service!!! I feel that this was false advertisement, with no fault of my behalf & this company scams & takes advantage of their customers!!! I will NEVER recommend nor NEVER buy from this company ever again!!!!

      When they tell you to downsize from your regular or things run big, you know they have their own sizing strategy and you need to figure it out yourself. I purchased 2 pair of jeans with a 20% coupon. They were too big so when trying to exchange (which they don't do), you have to return and then start a new order. SHOCKER... the coupon is no longer valid. RUDE. Won't be buying from them again. After asking for a supervisor on the chat window to approve the coupon for a new replacement order, they stopped responding. Now that's some good customer service, not.
