We received a quote from Olde Towne windows in September of 2021. We signed the quote and gave a deposit of 50% of the total cost. We were told it would be 14-16 weeks before our windows would be delivered. I understand Covid has had an impact on supply so I did not reach out to them again until February 2022, well past the 14-16 week time frame. I was told then that my windows should be in very soon. I did not hear anything and reached out again in April of 2022. My call was not returned for at least 2 weeks. When my call was finally returned the person was confused and could not even answer if my windows were ever ordered. She said she would call Chuck and get back to me right away. I have not had my call returned, I have reached out several times and no one returns my call. I left a voicemail, email, and text message saying I just want my money returned at his point and no one has even responded. I am at a loss for how to get them to return my call and give me some sort of answer. The lack of communication is concerning, I even wondered if they went out of business but the voicemail still works.Business response

We have communicated with the customer. Refund for deposit has been mailed. Delays with suppliers has caused difficulty in delivering products ordered. The issue has been resolved and fully refunded.
