      This is for the Loveland, Ohio location. I had brakes and rotars put on my truck. First they quoted one thing the charged another. Three months later brakes acting up so I took it to another mechanic, a reputable one, who told me it didn’t appear like the rotars were ereplaced and the wrong brake pads were put on which caused more damage to rotars and miss the rotar causing it to score uneven. I think because I challenged their costs, they halfed the job and now will cause me to the job redone. Don’t believe their mechanics are reputable, trained, and may not even be mechanics. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!! Plentyof better choices to get your car repaired. The one star is be ause they have a building. ****** ******

      Absolutely dishonest. I go out of my way not to recommend these guys. Hidden fees that lead you into a trap. Stole my money and left my car in a worse shape than when I brought it in, and has since claimed they didn’t work on it even though the receipt says they worked on it for an hour. The owner hides behind his customer service reps and doesn’t return calls. I hope this town runs them out of business.

      I have been taking my vehicles to Day Heights Auto Service for 40 years and will go nowhere else. Always friendly, efficient and competitive repair costs. More than anything, a trust factor has developed and has yet to be broken.

      I had them tow my car in using my insurance's tow service. That service was friendly and helpful and I give it 5 stars. It's the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I'll never go there again. As for the auto-repair shop...That's a very different story. In brief, my car was not drivable as my brake lines had leaked out all of the fluid. After looking at my brakes, they quoted a price that was ~$300 above average, and tried to add on additional repairs that were also about $300 above average. I declined the additional repairs as spending $1,600 on a 2003 seemed egregious and I just couldn't justify it. The person on the phone did NOT care that the price was too high and when I complained about it, he said they could tow my car out of there, full well knowing that I was trapped. The total included charges that shouldn't have been put on there, including an inspection charge as well as flush and fill when my system was empty. They DID find a $50 mailer coupon that they applied to the total of ~$875 for the brake lines, but the manual labor charge (3/4 of the total) for their decision not to use factory-bent tubing was excessive given the number of hours it should take a pro to do it. They didn't state the number of hours but there was an unexplained "15" next to the price. Given that the rep said it'd take SIX hours, which is insane, that makes no sense. I verified with my regular shop that they'd done a good job on the brake lines, but I also verified through them and other sources that they'd ripped me off, including getting quotes from others. *********, which I hadn't had anything to do with, requested a review of ****, which I provided, but they never released it. After putting my review on ****** and ********, the owner contacted me and refunded an amount that didn't match what he said he was refunding, but brought my final total down to within cents of the higher quote I'd received. I'm grateful for the refund, of course.
