I have been leasing a cpap machine from this company. I made my last payment on 1/27/23. Keep receiving bills and calls stating I owed the business money. Saying I was behind on a bill from July 2022 and several other bills for different months. When I in fact had already paid these bills with bank card. I spoke with a manager for customer service about the issue at the beginning of January named *** at the ********** office. She had informed me that they were short staffed in billing and that someone in the billing department would have to be the one to post all of my payments into their computer system. She said the payments go through but the system does not automatically update payment transactions. I called today after receiving another automated call saying I was behind and they would report me to collections and close out account. I cannot mentally handle the harassment and threats of ruining my credit or hiring an attorney to collect a payment that was already received. Billing never called me back after leaving first voicemail in January and never called me back today on 2/1/2023. I’m needing this company to ensure all my payments are crediting this account and not giving me the excuse that they are short staffed but than sending me letters stating I’m past due. Even after making the last payment on file for $53.55 from November it still has not been updated in account. Was informed that they would send a bill of sale to the insurance company but nothing has appeared.Business response

Our company, Greene Respiratory spoke with the customer on February 2, 2023 and it was determined there was an outstanding balance due from the customer for CPAP supplies that the customer believed was for the rental of the CPAP machine. This was clarified that the open charges were for supplies and not the CPAP equipment. The customer understood and paid the balance.
The customer owns her CPAP equipment and there are no further rental claims. The account is paid in full at this time.
Again today, February 23, 2023 I contacted the customer to make sure everything was taken care of and that the customer did not need anything further. The customer said Yes, everything has been taken care of and nothing is needed at this time.Billing Department

Once I finally get a hold of customer service they are no help. I was referred to Greene for my support/security pole with grab bars. When they where supposed to arrive around 9-12 they didn’t show up until 5 without a phone call. Once they arrived the package they had had missing parts and no instructions. The tech who was supposed to put the pole up didn’t have any tools that was supposed to come with the package and was trying to hand tightening it only and was trying to use zip ties. The tech said he was going to go get everything he needed, such as a step latter and a stud finder. Then he (the tech) never returned nor have they called to get a hold of me. I have called to no avail and now my order is close to being over due and I might not be able to get another order written. All though I have a wood beam it is not where the security pole is needing to be located by the side of my bed. I do need my security pole die to being disabled as a VET.
