I paid this company to put a central air unit in my new manufactured home, and after one year it's broken. I had a certified HVAC person come and look at everything and I was told that absolutely nothing was done correctly. My air runs on electric, yet my thermostat was switched to gas inside my house. And that's just one example. The way this man had set everything up inside of my house, made it dangerous for me and my family whether we were running the central air in the summer, or the heat in the winter, according to the professional who took a look. This has been going on for the past month and a half. I was told that it was under warranty, and it keeps getting pushed back for when I'm supposed to be getting the new compressor. First it was a week, and then it was two. And every time, I had to take the initiative and call him. He never called to update me. And now he's not even answering or calling me back. He's not BBB accredited, and unfortunately I made the mistake of allowing the manufactured home park I live in, use this guy to do it, and I trusted they'd not use a subpar company. I'm starting to think I need an attorney to handle this. I have been totally ripped off.Business response

We are sorry to hear that a valued customer had an issue with our service. We strive to give excellent customer service. We have been in contact with the customer. The issue was that the part needed was on back order for quite some time. Unfortunately, this was out of our control. We stand behind our work and would have scheduled the repair as soon as the part was in.
