      This is in regards to account # ******** with Morrow County Physicians. 1st off, i never EVER received a bill from this hospital on this account, it went straight to a company call medical reimbursement inc. from there i had to physically tell this company i am being bill in full in error and that the claim was processed. now my bill has been turned over to a collection agency ***** * *********** ***. i have been trying for a very long time to get my issue resolved with Morrow County Hospital, all i get pointed is in different directions and no one will help. i have now had it. I have received a full bill for my daughter for DOS: 05/22/21 this is incorrect, this claim was already processed back in June 2021… please see the attached EOB. Also, I do not feel I should be billed for this $92.40, for the fact that no one looked to make sure this was even processed by the insurance and now this EOB that was sent is almost 8 months old and no one does anything on this visit till 02/04/2022. i DO NOT DESERVE to have this in collections as I NEVER ONCE GOT A BILL FROM MORROW COUNTY. i want this pulled from the collection agency and my credit report and this balance waived by morrow county or a hefty discount given as i did all the work advising this company i was being billed in full in error from the get go and for no one at morrow county sending me anything or let alone can i find someone to help me. i want a receipt showing this account is waived and balance is at $0 or a hefty discount needs provided on this due to all the troubles this hospital is causing me. i want something emailed to me or sent in writing and something showing the account is no longer in collections

      We are looking into the billing issue for this. This was an Urgent Care and visit and the reason for separate billing is because our providers are contracted. There will be separate bills for certain things. There is a bill for the visit, a separate bill from the provider which comes from MRI and if there were xrays there would be a separate bill from the radiologists. We have requested MRI send us the bill. Thank you

      i understand that, but to just send my child’s bill to a collection agency like that is not fair to me or my child. I really hope this bill is going to be adjusted on your side and this gets removed from the collection agency or you bring it back from collections and provide me a pretty good discount for all of this mess, that I did not cause. I would like to be emailed once handled a zero bill or reduced bill and something shown I am out of collections. My email is ***************** and my phone number is ###-###-####
