I spent over $500 at this company in an attempt to use their product for a reenactment event. The blank ammunition that was sent to me is extremely unreliable and will not work in multiple blank adapted reenactment weapons. After weeks of email exchanges and trying to get a hold of someone that can help with my situation, I was left with about $200 less than I had before, about $100 of which was spent at Atlantic Wall on different adapters that also did not work. Even after asking for the right adapter for my blank weapon, I was left with no solution to my problem and sent the incorrect product. **** told me this was the correct product despite it not working. **** was impatient and unhelpful in his email replies. Atlantic Wall sells unreliable products and will be unhelpful and rude to you when you ask for help with their non functioning products. I have $600 worth of Atlantic Wall products sitting at my house that do not work.Customer response

Hello, I think finish the job definitely applies here considering there was no other option on the very limited drop-down menu that made sense. They sent me a product that requires an adapter but sent me the wrong adapter and have yet to send a new one despite me asking for the correct product.Initial Complaint

On May 15th my husband purchased blank ammo for a reenactment. A week went by and not even a tracking number. So the next morning i called. A guy picked up the phone. I told him I was inquiring about the order he said you and everybody else because of the thing going on in Russia everything is slow I said Okay that was the end of it my husband later that day received an email he ( the guy at the store)had cancelled the order. Nothing on a refund. So we waited because on May 25th the store (without our permission kept our credit card on file) because he charged us again for the swcond time for ammo we did not recieve...i thrn the next day sent a screenshot to him proving he did not refund but charged money (not authrized) out of our account. So i called the next morning. Sounded like the same person answered. I said hi did you recieve my email. His response was im not having this F**ken conversation, i said why are you cussing at me. Im trying to ahow you charged my account. He said **** You , i told him i will be getting a hold of my card, making a police report and contacting the BBB . His responce was ill tell them F* *k off like I did the last time... He has stolen 192.36 and is getting ready to over draw my account and still (without permission) has my card on file.
