I brought my vehicle in because the fuel line broke and I was losing fuel. Its drove perfectly straight just was leaking fuel. I picked up the vehicle once it was said to be done and I paid $968.61. As I was driving away the vehicle was driving off the road and the steering wheel was shaking. I drove it right back and said it was not driving like this before I brought it in so they need to fix what they broke. They called me and said the alignment was off and it needed new tie rods and rotors. They had me speak to a different person every time I called for updates and I tried to address that this problem did not exist till I came to the shop. They said they would fix it. When I picked it up they charged me ********. I drove away and it was still unsafe to drive. After them charging me so much and my vehicle not working and all of this happening over a week span I decided I cant trust them to not continue charging me without having my vehicle fixed. When I picked it up the last time it was filled with garbage and left tools in the. There were cigarettes ashes on the front seat. The driver door was covered in black oil. The floor had oily foot prints. My entire glove compartment is missing. Not only did I receive it unsafe to drive but it was given to me in worse condition inside as well. They tried to hand me the keys and I noticed the air in the tires were extremely low. I requested a detailed receipt and it was not detailed at all and the charges dont match up. I tried to call to speak to them of getting my things returned and discussing damages and they have repeatedly hung up on my face and cussed me out.Business response

Hello, you were able to meet with me yesterday and have a long conversation about your experience. The last communication that I had with you we did no end with a hang up or anything of the sort, all of our phone calls are recorded and nobody cursed you out. When your vehicle came in for a fuel leak, you are correct, we did fix that issue and you picked your truck up. At no time did we EVER touch anything to do with your front end. Of course, you brought the unit back to us regarding your steering issues but, as we both established yesterday, it had nothing to do with us. At this time when we inspected your front end we found worn components and the alignment was off. It was totally up to you at that point whether you wanted us to replace the components or not. At this time you chose to approve the repairs which were completed as soon as parts were delivered to us from our vendor. After installation of the components we informed you that your truck needed an alignment and that we had an appointment scheduled. You did not want to wait for the alignment to be completed so you chose to pick up your truck. The next day you brought your truck to me at my ******, ** location and wanted me to perform the alignment because your truck was not able to drive straight. This is why we were originally going to perform the alignment but, again, you couldn't wait at the time. Either way, the next day we had the alignment completed AT OUR EXPENSE, we also ordered lunch for you while you waited.
To address the mess that you say was left inside of your truck, I personally inspected the cab myself. Your entire dash was held together with fiberglass matting and very messy. I did wipe down the grease marks on your door for you but there was not much more cleaning that I could do because of the existing mess that you had inside of the vehicle. The only mess that we were responsible for was the hand prints on the door, everything else was from yourself, and your truck was VERY dirty/messy. As far as your cup holder goes, when you originally brought your bus to us you had "admittedly" removed the cup holder and dog house cover yourself. We did not take your cup holder, nor did we misplace it.

I am rejecting this response because:
My middle console is missing and I have recorded proof that one was said to be delivered to me and recorded proof that I was promised to be contacted the next day for a new one. I have proof that the alignment was done by another local mechanic for it to even drive to your shop and when you did the free fix they gave me proof that there was barely an alignment needed at that point. Thanks to the other mechanic that came in to help when you guys claimed you could not. It was only after I complained that you magically had a shop and the time to bring it in the same day for a proper fix. The free pizzas were not offered to me. You did not discuss that with me and I do not eat dead animals. I have been vegan my whole life so if you actually wanted to make things right with me you wouldnt have offered me boxes full of dead animals that just further upset me. Its not doing something kind if you as a business do not even consider people having different cultures and belief systems that require different dietary habits. My vehicle did have ash from cigarettes, foot prints and hand prints on the door. I did not live in the area so there would be no way to misplace the middle console. Denying all liability is not going to work for me. I was left with more problems then when I originally came in. The staff was disorganized and lacked professionalism. Each time I came in they smoked cigarettes and had rap blasting while I was writing payments. They did leave garbage, tools and smoked in my vehicle. I am asking for you to do right by this situation not refuse accountability.

One of the 3 pizzas was cheese only ?????. I beleive this response only solidifies the general lack of understanding on what the job on your bus entailed.
I have addressed all matters brought forth, what would you like us to do at this point?
You may have a recording of us telling you that we'll get you a new cup holder but that was before we found out that you removed it yourself before bringing the bus in.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not remove it from the bus before dropping it off. I made that clear. I paid for the services done but it needs to be made right that my part is missing. Send me a new one so we dont have to discuss this further and move on. Saying the pizzas has cheese shows your lack of understanding actually, nice try. I do not eat anything based on animal suffering so you should have considered peoples cultural differences before doing that. I do not live in the area and I would have had no place to put the console anywhere besides the bus. I would not lie and I made it clear to you that it was missing after dropping off the bus. I would like mine returned or a replacement. I have not even mentioned that I had personal belongings in the pocket of it because I am willing to make this as easy as possible but I need that part to be given or replaced sir.
