I paid $85.53 on 1.22.22 for some photos and a couple printings of a game breaker magazine for a softball season of my daughter’s. The photos were received in Feb 2022 but the magazine prints were never delivered. For over a year I inquired every couple months on status. Varying reasons in delays were given, I was very patient following Covid etc. Bad print at vendor, reprints, trucking strike, etc. as of July 2023 I was told they were still working on it. I inquired a few days ago and no response and it appears possibly they have gone out of business now without being sent copies and without them processing a refund to me for them. And I am not sure with this amount of time that the bank will accept a dispute. Sad to miss out on what was ordered but being out money for something I didn’t receive (small amount or large) is simple not good business.Business response

The edition Ms. **** us referring to, is our 2022 Spring Edition. We had many 3rd party delays, leading to the delay of this magazine. In all communication with our families, we gave them the opportunity to receive a refund for the print magazines they did not receive. Many families took their refunds, others decided to wait.
As of 11-30-23, the magazines have not arrived. Ms. **** did email us on 11-23-23, that we did not see until today (11-30-23). We immediately sent her an email and offered to refund her for the print magazines, by ***** or ***** (immediate refund). We can also send it back to the original tender, which tends to take more time. We are waiting for her response.
We also offered Ms. ****, free copies of the magazines, when they finally arrive.
GameBreaker has closed permanently so it takes a little longer to get back to our customer communication.

I ordered a magazine for $20 and $7.95 in shipping on June 4, 2021. There has been continual delays and promises about the magazine being delivered. I requested a refund but it has not yet been received.Business response

This customer received his refund by Venmo on 4-20-22 (as shown attached). The magazines had been heavily delayed all year as they had massive Covid and delivery issues at the 3rd party printer.
