      I have cancelled my service with them. They have now charged me $25/month. I cancelled in June/2024. I have not had them perform the gutter cleaning since last fall.

      We hired them to power wash our house in September. They missed this section on the front of the house. I have left them 3 voicemails, to emails & no return calls. I just want them to finish.

      I used residential aspects for gutter cleaning, powerwashing my house and deck and signed up for a monthly charge that would cover 2 gutter cleanings per year. The first visit was April 29. They came back out because I complained they missed some places and pulled my siding out ( I do not have that date but it was after my daughter's birthday of May 19th because I wanted it done prior to her party). I emailed on May 23 with pictures where they still missed places and the siding still wasn't right and that I was hesitant to proceed with the monthly subscription given the lack of response I was getting, because you can never get anyone on the phone. So I was figuring they would be coming soon for my second gutter cleaning, so I have been calling because I want my siding fixed when they come. I left 4 voicemail, sent a chat message online with NO response. I then emailed and copied myself on the email stating if someone didn't call me by the end of business today, I would call my credit card company and contest charges and file a complaint with the BBB. No phone call, I just got an email that my subscription was cancelled. My siding still isn't fixed and they only refunded half of the monthly charges for the subscription that wasn't filled.

      I scheduled service to have my gutters cleaned in spring 2022. They came out, did a great job, and I signed up for a subscription where I paid $25/month to have them come out 2X/year to clean and inspect the gutters. Ever since that first service when I signed up, they are completely unresponsive to emails and voicemails. I have scheduled service through their website 3 times and no one has shown up. I have left voicemails on multiple occasions and no one has called back. I continue to get $25/month charged to my credit card. This is my last hope before filing a claim with my credit card company and escalating from there.
