I purchased a house at 1*** ****** ** *** ****** ** ***** in November 2022 and hired Worth Finishing LLC to do a total gut and remodel. They were given approximately $35,000 to purchase materials (lumbar, electrical, windows). They did the demo and started framing and electrical but left the job on 12/22/22 with all materials that were purchased with our construction loan funds. They then sent a letter of resignation while keeping the money for materials and materials bought without offering to finish or offering to return any of the funds. Any of the work that was done by Worth Finishing was not done to Licking County code and has to be redone.
