On April 8th I ordered a combo and had a really good coupon that could be used once only I gave my last bit of money on this order. I was starving. Well they cancel my order because my order was picked up by the wrong person. I was starving and crying explaing to them it was all my money begging them to replace it that I had no more money I was told my many people they couldn't do anything and it would be 2 weeks until I recieved a refund. A month later after talking to 3 or 4 people who say they took care if it I still haven't been refunded. It's only $13 and it's really not even about the money it's the fact that it was my last bit of my money and I didn't have any food and they messed up not me yet I had to go without eating not one person seemed like they cared that I was starving and it was their mistake I really want my money back but I feel like I should get more than just 13. Compensated in some way free food something. It's been over a month and I still haven't been refunded I hope you can help me with thisCustomer response

Wendys contacted me. They are sending me a check for the refund and coupons for free combos. Thank you so much for your help.
