Ms L*******, We will not do any business together. Only, how will you return my lampshade? We had a phone conversation following your receipt of these photos. I brought the lamp to your shop on Friday, Jan 13,2023 as you suggested in order to receive an estimate for its repair. There the shade was accepted by an unidentified male, a member of your staff, who took the lamp saying that I would be contacted by either you or Peter after you've had a chance to look at it. After not hearing from anyone for several days I called your shop to ask about it. I must have talked to the same staff member because he remembered me and the lamp shade saying that he had my name and contact information and once again assuring me that I would hear from you or Peter with an estimate. Today (1/24/2023) at 10:21 am , after not having heard from anyone about the shade or any estimate for 10 days since I brought it to your shop, I called once again. Though, I have no way to be certain of who I spoke with, I believe it was the same person as before. I informed him of my intention to come and take my lamp shade back. He invited me to come and do so. Arriving at your shop at 4:54 pm I encountered a male that I had not met previously. This person denied any knowledge of my shade and would not respond when I asked him repeatedly how I could get it and to whom I needed to speak to get it. He refused to answer my concerns and asked me to leave your place. I will come back one more time after you've arranged for the return of my shade and advise me of when I can come and pick it up without any further delays, disturbances or distractions.Customer response
