    I have gone back and forth about writing a review and now that Ive decided, I am not allowed to post on other platforms.I ordered a pet portrait cup 4/1/2022. I knew when ordering I would f receive the cup until November, of which I was fine with. I then asked the seller if she could change the shipping address and add cactus to the painting. There was then a miscommunication, on my part, where she asked me to send her references for the addition and noted the address change. November comes and she informs me that my order is delayed due to family reasons and that I would receive my cup by December. December comes and still no cup or proofs. She did state that the cactus wouldnt look good, so I agreed with her not keeping them on the cup. She took a very long Christmas/New Year Holiday and didnt get back with me until the middle of January. Mid-January she informs me of another delay, due to a family death. She also stated that proofs were sent, but I never received them. Once I approved the proofs, I asked if I could change my shipping address again, and she agreed. The cup was sent to the 1st address change address, not the recent one. I got the cup and loved it. However, not even 3 months later the top of the cup has water damage from where it wasnt resined properly. I have only used this cup for water, and hand washed gently. I only decided in writing this review because similar delays and excuses were also given to my mother-in-law and sister-in-law. All three of us feel like weve gotten the run around from the seller and that our money and an accurate and formal timeline mean nothing to the seller.

    I am so sorry you feel this way about the condition of your cup, I do provide care instructions for all cup order for the best long lasting care for their beautiful paintings. Your order was orginally delayed years ago because your unfortunately didn't turn in the photos required to paint your order, sadly I can not paint something when the information isn't provided. I messaged this customer to male her aware it was delayed as this information wasn't given to be painted. Without these photos required turned in I have nothing to paint, which delayed the order. she turned the photos in the week of Christmas, I took the week of Christmas till mid January off. During this time I did not have any scheduled painting as I scheduled myself completely off with no orders myself. This didn't delay anuly booked orders. Sadly when I got back to work from the off holiday the 2nd week of January I publicy posted that there was a family passing and the orders scheduled to be painted that weekend wouldn't be painted till the next week. I did have all auto messages incase anyone reached out about an order. I did inform this customer when photos were turned in finally that the order wouldn't be painted till after my time off as she missed her paint date for not turning in information. Sadly this isn't a fault of mine for the original delay and did inform all customer I would be away for a Christmas break. Again no orders were scheduled during this time off. I did reach out to the mother in law to inform her that her item specifically was not delayed at all that this only affected her daughter's order because of no information turned in on time. The delivery of the package was shipped to the address purchased. But sadly was delivered to a near by mail box and not the correct one. I work with her every day with **** to find the cup which was recovered and she was so happy. Due to this her mother was very not so nice to me and decided to cancel her order upon herself, rest assured by me that her order was not delayed at all. The delay was upon fault of the customer herself not my painting timeline. I made sure to be in complete communication about the entire process with the customers. Unfortunately she finally turned in her photos 9 months late the week of Christmas and made her aware it couldn't be painted till after my break. My policy originally states that if information isn't turned it it would be canceled without refund as this spot is held for months and could have been filled by another excited customer. I made the exception and allowed the late photos to be turned in not realizing I still wouldn't get them till the week of Christmas on etsy. I do provide a 1 year guarantee to all cups for any free fixes to any damages to the cups following the care instructions to guarantee a good product. Sadly I wish this order went differently but Sadly it did not. I believe I provided the best service I could with the circumstances I was given on this order.
