I was looking at a vehicle online when I noticed there was a title record after looking at the record it was a salvage title I asked the owner about it and he explained it was a rebuilt title I said those are the same things he has the vehicle posted as a perfect vehicle at nowhere in the ad does it suggest a salvage title and neither does the price reflect that.

For the record we are not members of the Better Business Bureau for its a pay service that encourages complaints.  We will respond by stating that we shared the title showing clearly its a Rebuilt Salvage Vehicle.  There is a difference between a Salvage Vehicle for which you cannot drive on the road nor get a license plate for versus a Rebuilt Salvage Vehicle which requires inspections completed and therefore can be driven on the roads and get license plates.  The attachments presented did not show all content for no matter how hard we tried to explain to someone who clearly wasn't interested in the vehicle and only wanted to fight without having all the facts nor understanding the differences.  Yes this is a waste of time to even take time to answer for again we aren't members of the BBB for this very reason.

With consideration we choose to stand tall that truck was sold as is and that the theatrics of this consumer wouldn’t allow for us to help him.  The truck is far from what he describes and so is the story being told.  It’s a shame that many in this world play the victim instead of owning up to their decisions.  The items that may be need of some type of repair can simply be done within a day and seemingly cheap.  Instead of blaming others I’d advise putting efforts toward a positive approach to replacing a pair of shocks and if it’s true getting a patch weld.  God Bless

Bought a truck 2weeks ago and the frame is rusted out

To be clear WE ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  This is a paid service that favors complaints and doesn't pursue the thousand of positive transactions.

In regards to the complaint, Mr. ****** clearly understood the vehicle he inspected was "sold "AS-IS - WITH ALL FAULTS", and Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, on the vehicle, and there will be no implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for the particular purpose."  This is clearly stated on the Bill of Sale he submitted to the BBB under the WARRANTY DISCLAIMER.  Mr. ****** stated he was a mechanic and we'd thought that if anyone was inspecting the vehicle for purchase he was most qualified.  Nevertheless, if he would have submitted the numerous other documents he acknowledged with his signatures he would have read a few that also stated vehicle was sold AS-IS and no warranty (which he also stated he wished to Waive).

One reason we don't approve of the BBB is that we are adults and our business ethics and practices are great for this type of complaint.  Meaning that if we had the opportunity to Help Mr. ****** versus him walking into our office, slamming the door and  racing up the street we could of steered him to professionals we work with daily to help him.  We have many service providers to easily help those that purchase vehicles to get them repaired without hassle.  I'll advise anyone that reads this to understand that we give all opportunities for inspecting vehicles and to also understand that many of them may need a repair of some sort determinant on price and condition.  They are not new and even new vehicles require maintenance.

Went to buy a truck from Mac motors and from the time I arrived I was not aloud to test drive or even have the keys to look inside or under the hood of the truck he rushed me to a loan company and said if I was approved the. I could test drive it . After I was approved I went back after closing time and was rushed with a temp tag and pushed out the door. After leaving the dealership within 5 mins the check engine light came on and started misfiring the. Aftergetting the vehicle home and looked it over he had black duct tape covering all the rust on the rocker panals and even had it holding the tail light in ,( witch non of witch work btw) the power steering pump is almost out along with the water pump and also the frame rails or the bed are snapped off and the bed is about to fall off ! The next morning I called **** and was told I could buy an extended warranty for thousands of dollars and that it was now my problem

      *** **********

WE ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE BBB for its content is a paid service.

We will not submit all the As-Is documents signed by buyer nor provide the copy of the As-Is document stuck to the drivers rear window.  We will not provide the Extended Waiver Form that customer waived for extended service overages and we will not provide any documents from the Loan Company.  What we will state is tha* *** ********y was in the parking lot of our facility for nearly half a day parked rite next to the vehicle he wanted to purchase.  He had ample time to view all aspects of the vehicle and once he received his approval was most welcome to test drive it.  I stated to the rushing customer that we close at 4pm and I'd be happy to stay over because he really wanted the truck.  I did suggest that we close on it in the morning with the idea that he'd want to look at truck or test drive further.  Given this opportunity he chose to get his father and rush back to bank and then rush back to us to get the truck.  Cosmetically the truck has some flaws and I'm not sure how water pumps are ready to go bad versus they are either good or bad.  The power steering was not an issue at the time and I'm lost to how its bad now.  Seeing the driver/customer not warm the truck when drove it off the lot to gas the vehicle heavily was a scary sight and then when customer came back he again placed gas pedal to floor which I thought was aggressive driving.  I offered to help the customer get any services he thought he may need or even refer him to the paint and body facility we utilize. He chose not to come in and discuss these options.

To end this response the buyer bought a well discounted truck worth 15K for 10K.  That is a $5000 discount we provided for M** ********* to apply any repairs he now deems necessary or just wants done.  It's a shame for this purchase to even be a problem considering the facts.  We wish him the best with his truck and I'm sure he will utilize for work as he stated.
