the paranzino brothers auction house in ***********. a month or two ago my husband went to pick up his stuff and one item had been stolen before he ever got there. we got a refund within a couple days. on May 3rd he went to this past auction to pick up his stuff and had another incident with his stuff stolen before he got there. I have called the number and tried to get a refund no one is answering and it just keeps continuing to say no one is in the office please leave a message after the beep however it just keeps saying another message. there is no website because the internet keeps telling me there's been an error every time I try to get an email for them. they said they would have no problem refunding his money this go around which I think is $33. we would like our refund and for them to do a better job watching their items and checking numbers before the stuff goes out the door. instead of the one staff member just standing there saying well s*** happens.Business response

First, we do have a website. Pbauctions.com I'm guessing the problem has to do with the customers internet connection. 2nd, we are not sitting by the phone waiting for calls, as we are busy preparing for the next auction. We have voice mail and when used, calls are returned. Once I received the voice mail that was left by **********************, (one) I personally phoned ********************** and discovered that there had been a mis-communication between us. ********************** has been refunded. Once I called him, things were straightened out and the refund was processed. As far as things missing, we do the absolute best we can do. We, along with most of the country have issues with having enough staff for the number of items that we sell. While we appreciate the business, we also realize that the auction method is not for everyone. Thank you.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. This complaint and my husband's message went through at the same time. He has since been refunded. There was a miscommunication between the business and him. As for using the website I not only used my phone I used the work internet and my home internet and the website would not work.
