I contacted the company concerning a bathroom faucet that was dripping. i would like to say first that I have used this company for several years and have been very pleased with their service which is why I contacted them again. A plumber came I believe on Aug. 7, took a look and said I would be better off just getting a new faucet. I was ok with that and he left. I purchased a new faucet and called to schedule an appointment to have the new faucet put in. the appointment was set for Aug. 17. The plumber called me at 11:40am that day to say he was on the way. He never showed up, never called, sent no text or email. The next morning I called to find out why. The female that answered told me to hang on while she went to find out. After a minute or two she came back to tell me she had no idea what happened and unfortunately had no plumber to send out. At that point I told her to forget the whole thing! The next day I received a bill for $149 for labor, I assume for the first visit. He wasn't even here for 5 minutes, there was no labor involved He looked at it and that was it. He didn't even bring any tools into the house. I realize there is usually a charge just to come out but $149 for labor? It's just a shame because I did like the company but no more!Business response

Unfortunately, we made a mistake on our dispatching end. The address sent to our plumber was incorrect, therefore he went to the wrong house, a man answered the door and said they don't need our services. Our plumber then closed out the order and continued on his day. The next day, ***** called our hvac office and the secretary (in training) could not understand what was going on because the computer said we were there and closed out the call. She then sent me an email in which I received after this complaint. I was working at the plumbing location. We have 2 separate business locations, plumbing and hvac. I then called ***** and apologized, eliminated her invoice and offered to replace the faucet at no charge. (She had it replaced already) ***** has been a great customer and we made a big mistake and will work very hard to not let this happen again.
