Terrible experience. Called to schedule a power wash for my house. Initial estimate was over $700. When I pushed back, they came down over $300, so I scheduled for two days out. The following day I received a text saying they haven't been able to get in touch with me so I called back and they said there was confusion and I was indeed scheduled for the next day. On the day of the scheduled service, they never showed up. When I called the customer service said that the technician was caught up in another job and would be over after that job. Trouble is that would have been in the dark. I canceled the service. Terrible customer service experience all around.Review from Jami M

Crooks! Terrible customer service and so desperate for business that they are willing to harass customers and manipulate contracts in order to get money. They provided services that I didnt ask for and ultimately ended up having to pay for. Things were broken and not reported or replaced. They charged me 25% of the services that they provided for me two years ago to my credit card without my authorization in the name of a broken contract for not subscribing to service again this year that I didnt need. None of this was ever explained to me, and I certainly was never given any paper contract. I called to inquire about a service contract and was told that it was just something that guaranteed a price. After several harassing phone calls from the rude staff, I was told that it meant I would be charged 25% to break the contract. Wow! currently disputing the unauthorized charge to my credit card and have blocked the number from my phone due to the multiple harassing phone calls. I do not recommend this company. Seems that they have a way of manipulating interactions to their benefit in order to make money.
